This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Tiny House with a view by the sea!

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.
