Had a nice stay at this Airbnb. The host was friendly, the place was clean, and they got back to me fast. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment in a brand new and luxury residential complex eco park. The best building of all that is nearby. Near it there is a lake, a park, illuminated beautiful locations for relaxing and walking. There are also vegan 2 cafes, one buffet, and another chic restaurant nearby. There are buses to Hanoi, +-30-40 minutes. The residential complex is very luxurious and much better than the capital itself. The apartment is new, modern, well planned.

This place is truly a gem! I don’t even know where to start — there are so many amazing things to say. The apartment is stunning, with a beautifully designed kitchen and living room filled with natural light. It’s equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking, and it looks exactly like the photos. One of my favorite parts was watching the sunset right from the flat and the balcony. The building is part of a luxurious five-building complex, complete with saunas, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, and more. It’s located right in front of the beautiful Swanlake Park, offering a peaceful, green environment. There are plenty of outdoor playgrounds for children, and even small indoor playgrounds in each building. Our host, Phuong, was absolutely wonderful — very proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to any messages. She helped me out on multiple occasions and shared lots of useful tips about the area and Vietnam overall. I would happily stay at her place again!

I decided to come to Vietnam to celebrate my birthday with my cousin. There was a cake with party hats and favors waiting upon my arrival. I thought that was sweet and kind.

The stay and the host was amazing, the location is a bit far from main city

The place was clean and comfortable in a good location I wouldn’t say it was best for long stays because of the lack of utensils but that’s because I was with a baby if it was me and a partner it would be perfect … the host was amazing she met me on two occasions at the drop of a hat and gave me my first ride on a scooter she was very friendly and supportive I wouldn’t say book again thank you

I had a great stay! The location is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, perfect for a relaxing getaway from the city. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was smooth and convenient. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and easy access to nearby amenities like cafes and walking paths. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay near Hanoi!

We loved our stay at Ecopark City and would recommend Betty's apartment. The location is very central to everything, and having the lake right there for walks every day and enjoying nature and animals - this alone is worth a lot. Betty and David were always responsive and helpful. The apartment is equipped with everything that is needed for a short or long stay. A lot of small supermarkets are very nearby and a lot of things can be bought there if needed. Street market with veggies and fruit is in 10-15 mins walk. Full service complimentary cleaning was included twice a month. Unfortunately our stay was somewhat ruined by the repairs upstairs which started soon after we moved in and lasted all month while we were there. Not the hosts' fault, but it would be beneficial for the future tenants to ask about the completion of these repairs. Otherwise - very highly recommended.

Cuong and his family are extremely kind and above and beyond helpful! Always messaged us back quickly and even kept us informed of local events in the community. Amazing host!
