Modern 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom house in quiet peaceful location 5km from CBD. Close to shopping centre and walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Beautiful lake to walk around with child’s playground 150m away. Our house has a two bay garage, an entertaining area with outdoor TV on the back patio . Security screens and deadlocks on all doors for your peace of mind.. This is our second home so the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay.
