Bo på gård men havsutsikt-fullt utrustad. 80kvm med ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett sovloft med två enkelsängar, lämpligt för 1-4 personer. Promenadavstånd till badvik (700m). Närhet till Vallda Sandö naturreservat och Lerkils badvik och hamn där det finns möjlighet att köpa nykokta kräftor direkt från båten. Vallda Sandö naturreservat bjuder också på en härlig natur och bad. Även närhet till golf, fiske, vandring, cykelleder, pizza och mataffär. På gården finns hästar, hund, katter.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Huset har ett enskilt läge, men ändå bara några minuter från Lerums centrum. Njut av naturen, plocka bär, cykla, bada i massor. Blir man kall finns den varma bubbelpoolen. Det är 15 min promenad till tåget som tar dig till Göteborg. Med bil tar det 20 min till Gbg. Sup och roddbåt finns att låna. Utekök, vedeldad pizzaugn, eller grillen finns där för ett liv ute på altanen. I huset finns en snäll katt, bra att veta för dem som är allergiska.

Kortare biltur ifrån traktens sevärdheter, badsjöar, västkustens saltstänkta klippor & stränder.

This is your home away from home! You will find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The house is located in a family friendly area with playgrounds all around, easy access to popular swimming spots, small forest around for you to enjoy some greenery. Bus stop few meters away to reach the city center or Lieseberg! Shopping center Frölunda Torg is 2km away. The house is newly renovated and has everything you need to enjoy and relax during your stay!

Nybyggd gäststuga på landet, utanför Kungälv i södra Bohuslän. Golvvärme och väl isolerad för att användas året runt. Uteplatser med utsikt över skog och äng, med kvällssol. Sovloft med dubbelbädd, soffa med plats för en samt möjlighet till golvmadrass. Stugan är idealisk för 1-3 personer med möjlighet för upp till 4. Kök med induktionshäll och mikro. Toa med dusch samt tvättmaskin. Full tillgång till trädgård och studsmatta. Nära till bad.

Adorable home by Slottsskogen (No parties)

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Awesome cottage in beautiful rural surroundings

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses. You share the garden with us. We welcome all unprejudiced and lovely people.

Over the archipelago

The sea is the actual host. And it's with you all the time. This house has been built with friends in mind. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The house is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN or HANDICAPPED. There are no safety features for children, the back terrace is not fully fenced, there is no ramp for wheel chairs, there is a risk for accidents.
