Emmanuelle's treatment was pleasant and direct, she left no doubt when answering questions. The house is very nice, very clean when we arrived and comfortable (we were amazed at how well soundproofed it is, you sleep very peacefully). For us, who were looking for a few days to rest and relax, the place was ideal. We left wanting to repeat and everything :)

Great weekend!!! The house is great, especially the patio with barbecue and pool. We were super comfortable. Even in May, when it was a bit cold, Lidia was attentive and turned on the heating. He was attentive the whole time and was very kind. On Sunday, he let us leave in the afternoon so we could take advantage and have a BBQ. Honestly, I can only recommend it. It is a little less than half an hour's drive from Toledo.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We stayed here while attending a wedding in Madrid and had a fantastic experience. The location was great—peaceful yet just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect location right between Madrid and Toledo. Super nice, large house with Spanish flair but modern standards. Very clean and well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. Beds were too hard for our taste. The garden invites you to relax and is very private and shielded from view. Small info: There is now a room with two single beds (90x200cm) and a bathroom is quite freshly renovated. Great, large shower! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thanks to the host family.

Communication with Sergio was smooth and efficient. Both before, during and after our stay. The house was very tidy and fully equipped. Due to the location, a car is recommended, for example for shopping, but Sergio had clearly communicated this in advance. In short: recommended!

The house is spectacular, surrounded by a very beautiful nature in the middle of the mountain. The views are one last! It breathes peace and quiet, so necessary for those of us who live in the city. We had a great time at the house!

Feliz was super friendly. At all times there was super clear communication and they were very adaptable with the arrival. The kitchen was clean and very well-equipped. The heated floor was very good. The distribution of the bathrooms is a bit tight for 10 people, as there is a toilet in the living room and two bathrooms with showers inside the two bedrooms of the house, although enough for a group with confidence. Highly recommended

The accommodation is spacious, pleasant and clean. The hosts are welcoming and available. Alberto recommended a delicious restaurant in the city center. I can only recommend this place and we very much hope to be able to return

We were very comfortable. Spacious and clean house with common areas perfect for eating and hanging out with friends or family. Veronica is a lovely person who has facilitated all the procedures and questions.

A lovely place to stay with a very friendly, responsive host. The house was beautiful and suited our needs perfecty. Each room had an ensuite and air conditioning which made our stay comfortable. The house was a 20 minute drive from Madrid city centre but Uber rides were readily available. However, it was approximately 20 euros per trip. The outdoor space was very private and was the real selling point of the house. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

The stay was incredible, upon arriving Violeta greeted us in an incredible way trying to help us in as much as possible, recommending where to go, what places to visit, what to do, etc. It was a different weekend that we would totally repeat without hesitation.

Very responsive host and clear description. Parking (500 m) very convenient and easy to access. Ideal location in the walls of Toledo. You can visit everything on foot. I recommend it.
