Definitely one of the prettiest listings I’ve stayed! It is well designed and carefully decorated. Unit has everything I needed for a short stay. Also to Dan, very friendly and responsive, any time of the day! Truly enjoyed my stay, and would have wanted to stay longer. Will truly recommend this place to family and friends visiting the area. 💕

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, spacious, and well-organized. Check-in was smooth, and the location is great, just a short walk from the mall. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making communication easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and great experience. 😊

Our stay was fantastic! Place is huge for a family of 5. The kids love the place so much and the amenities they offered. Jennilyn our host was superb from booking to check in. One of the best places to stay at the metro when you are vacationing, studying or even just plain stacationing. The host was very accommodating on our requests and guided us thoroughly on the do's and dont's in their place. The place was very cozy. Everything that we needed was provided for us. We will definitely return.

This place is 10/10. Extremely clean Location is right across Greenbelt The building def feels very safe, securities were very vigiland who comes in and out of the building. The bed is very comfortable. The whole apartment is fully equipped. Jules is very responsive whenever help is needed. Highly recommended if you’re in Manila.

Such a great stay! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The place was super clean, with cooling aircon, a comfy bed, fridge, and even a full set of kitchenware—plates, pots, utensils, glasses, and a microwave. Loved the extra touches like the hygiene kit, steamer, hair blower, and iron. Bathrooms were spotless, towels were enough for everyone, and the Wi-Fi was fast (even Netflix loaded quickly!). Huge thanks to Kuya Manuel for being warm and welcoming, and to Shawn for his super quick responses—within 5 minutes! Also appreciated the available parking space. Highly recommended!

Great place to have an intimate and chill place to hangout on a rooftop within the Metro. The jacuzzi was spot on and the staff attending to our needs is very helpful and polite. The utensils included needs upgrading such as the spoon and forks, and some grill items are missing (tongs and scissors). Overall, a fantastic place to stay and have fun! Definitely will recommend! The host was approachable, kind, and welcoming. When we arrived later in the night and needed extra guidance in getting inside the room, our host was prompt in giving us the info we needed. The unit itself was impressively clean and fragrant. Every shelf and table had air fresheners, and we received clean towels, shampoo, and soap even if the listing excluded Essentials. All amenities listed were in great working condition, no problems, no issues, no worries. Would love to come back if we ever need someplace to stay near UST. It's right in front of the overpass, too. Everything was as in the description , very close to the embassy , smooth and fast communication , smooth check in. Would recommend to anyone .

It is a very nice, clean, spacious, and relatively new studio, in an area with a lot of services (grocery, restaurants, bars, malls, laundry service, convenience stores, etc.). It also is very quiet, without the traffic noise in many Manila condominium buildings, and also safe. Its gym is quite good and there also is a swimming pool, both of which were not widely used in my time there. The unit's WiFi is quite good, as is the AC, hot water and water pressure. There is a modern washing machine in the unit, but I've suggested adding a clothes-drying rack for people who don't want to use the very inexpensive, quick and nearby laundry service, which is kind of hard to find and not listed on Google Maps. The small kitchen has most of the basics for limited cooking of simple snacks and meals, and I've suggested adding a simple toaster. I certainly would stay here again on future trips.

The place was spotless. We felt like it was our second home. The utensils you need for cooking and eating are complete. We had a goodnight sleep because the place is very quiet. Will surely return someday, we enjoyed our stay.

An exceptional stay! Adrian was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The Airbnb itself was just as thoughtful—beautifully arranged, well-stocked, and full of small touches that made it feel like home. One of the best experiences I’ve had—highly recommend!

The place was spot on for your solo/intimate staycation. Cozy and it felt like home. The massage chair was a great highlight.

Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location.
