Very good location, beautiful beach in front of the building, pub, restaurant nearby. Beautiful waterfront. Renato was a very good host, ready to answer our questions, he gave us very good information to go out to eat and enjoy in the evening.

The host at all times was concerned, attentive, and friendly. I would without hesitation choose their stay again. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, clean feels comonestar at home.

Very complete and cozy. The apartment is comfortable and makes you feel right at home. Good communication with the host, who was very friendly and flexible. It's well-equipped for hosting a family. As a suggestion to improve the experience: it would be ideal to replace the mattresses, as they are quite worn out; the floating floor could be cleaner; and the parking lot, although covered, accumulated water because it was under a pump. Even so, the stay was pleasant and I would recommend it.

The apartment was beautiful! Just like in the photos, tidy and had everything you need for your stay. Communication was excellent and always available for any questions, we loved it :3

Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

The house is even better than described, spacious, comfortable, with a garden and beautiful terrace, everything clean and impeccable, it has everything to have a few days of relaxation, very close to the beach and swimming pools, to forget about the car! The kids have fun with all the entertainment there! Sebastian is always attentive, any concerns are always answered quickly and very kindly!! It's appreciated!! We will definitely come back and recommend them. Regards!!!!

The apartment was just as shown in the photographs, and more… it had towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. Everything was impeccable... an excellent stay. Highly recommended

The accommodation matches the description very well, the kitchen is fully equipped, including extras such as tea, coffee, dressings and much more The place is very quiet, there are not many people, at least on the date we went, so there was no noise and we did not bother either. It's in front of the beach and if you don't have a car, the bus leaves you right outside and to take it, the same, either to go to downtown Tomé or Concepción. Next door there is a pub, mini-market, liquor store, hardware store, everything is very accessible. 100% recommended.
