It is a house in a very quiet, clean and private complex, ideal for a family atmosphere, flexible at check-out, informing in advance, clear instructions and recommendations when handing over the house and at check-in. The house is very nice and with very suitable facilities so that you have everything you need. A suitable place to rest and get a change of scenery. The condominium is very quiet to walk, enter and exit to get to know nearby villages. Everything was excellent.

The place is very nice, the pool is perfect. Diego is very friendly and responds to messages in a timely manner. For improvement: the security of the doors although the condominium is very safe; the gates at the entrance allow the access of dogs and cats from the neighborhood to the rear where the pool is. My stay was very good! The house was impeccable, very comfortable, and offered a wide variety of activities to enjoy. In addition, Angel, the caretaker, was exceptional: attentive, friendly and always attentive to our well-being. Definitely an experience I would recommend without a doubt. As an additional recommendation, I would consider adding meshes in the area of the courts to avoid the loss of balls, for everything else, we would definitely come back!

Excellent apartment, very well located. Tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed for travelers' needs. The terrace is very nice. The building is quiet.

Highly recommended, Santiago was very attentive and kind, the apartment was super quiet, tidy and nice. I went with my children and they really enjoyed the unit's playground.

Dean and Cristina are great hosts. They responded very quickly to any questions or problems we had. The apartment is in a great location in a very quiet residential neighborhood while at the same time it is close to many restaurant and shopping locations like the Arboleda Shopping Center. The building has excellent security with 24 hour per day doormen, who provide access to the building and treat everyone very well. The internet works well in the apartment and the two televisions are good one with Colombian programming and the other with access to things like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The apartment has a nice deck for sitting outside and we experienced no bugs or insects using it. There is one minor inconvenience for the apartment. The apartment has a clothes washer but no dryer, so the clothes must be hung to dry after washing. This can be done for most items but not the bedding which cannot be hung to dry. To wash bedding the owners must come by and pick it up for cleaning.

Excellent place to stay, I fully recommend it.

Kitchen could use some more kitchens tools and pots

This was one of the best decorated Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It was a comfortable apartment, good layout, great views , and we really appreciated having 2 desks.

Sandra's apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The pool and jacuzzi reservation makes check-in orderly. It is a five-minute walk from the town of Ricaurte, so any shopping you need is very close. A very quiet complex to rest.

The place was just as it is in the photos, highly recommended, quiet, family place, location, and amenities... The apartment needs a little more attention to make it 100/100, but to date it is 96/100 in its habitability... I would stay again without hesitation...

The place met all expectations. It was a great location. Check-in at the site was easy. The apartment was clean and organized. I had everything you need to have a pleasant time. Carolina was always available to answer questions. Also, there was check-in time flexibility, which allowed us to enjoy a little more. I recommend this excellent option for a vacation.
