Vacation rentals in Togitsu, Nishisonogi District

Stayed for 2 nights. The house was easy to find with the Google maps location provided by the host. Self check in was straight forward. Private parking lot available but the space is quite tight. The house is as pictured. Basic amenities all provided. Location was good. A convenience store around 100m away. About 25-30min walk to the castle. Great stay!

Ukiha provided a peaceful and quiet, not overly touristy place to relax. The neighbourhood is very private and quiet. Lodging was great, exceeded our expectations in terms of aesthetic and comfort. The house layout was well thought out and beautifully furnished too. There’s only a step down into the kitchen space and a step down to exit the house. A safe space for young kids and elderly. Only thing is the house beams are low, people above 180cm might have to constantly duck their heads when walking across the space. Need to also mention, the welcome gift is the matcha cake for every guest was greatly appreciated. A surprise daily was the basket of a few local produce left on our counter top as well.

Thank you the host always responded to messages instantly and the place was quiet and made us this tour with good memories.

The interior was very clean and it felt like a hotel room. We had a pleasant time with free drinks, packs, and bath salts. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance to go to Amakusa.

Very quiet and comfortable house, whether alone, with a partner, or with 1-2 friends traveling or staying in Kumamoto, this house is a good choice. 10-15 min walk to JR Kyushu Minami-Kumamoto Station, you can use the ticket or JR Kyushu pass to get there by train.5-6 minutes directly to Kumamoto Station by taxi. There is a Don Quijote (South Kumamoto store) right next to the house, and you can enjoy tax exemption if you spend the minimum amount.It is also very convenient to go to Kumamoto City, there is a bus stop right in front of the house, you can take the bus to go. Using the bicycle provided by the host to get around is also a good decision! All in all, I had a very cozy and pleasant day in Kumamoto.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and easy to spend time in. The interior is cute with mint green.It was a cute space with a sense of cohesion and even dishes. The place is thoroughly cleaned and sparkling clean. Not only was it full of amenities, but the host's thoughtfulness was everywhere. It was such a pleasure. It's also nice to have a lot of towels! The futon was clean and well-maintained, which was very pleasant. The location is also great.When you get up early, you can see the sunrise climbing from the Ariake Sea. The shadow of Unzen was also beautiful. I played in the sea every day just a few minutes walk away. I stayed for 5 nights in a really beautiful sea with great transparency, but I didn't get bored at all. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is very cute and cozy, and definitely a great deal as well. It’s located across from Nagasaki Station which is very convenient. The host is helpful and check-in was a breeze. I very much recommend!

What a special place. We were lucky enough to find this house as we cancelled another part of our trip and ended up staying 3 days here. This was the most beautiful Japanese house we stayed at over the years. The decoration is very intricate, beautiful in every day. The kitchen is exceptionally well furnished, we cooked every night and nothing was lacking. The situation, right in front of a pier makes the house stand out in so many ways. And we loved all the things to do in the region, it was a great discovery for us. Of course, we had our own leased car, we don't know how one would manage without transportation in the vicinity so we can't speak to that. All in all, we had a fantastic stay here and cannot recommend it enough.
