Very nice house in the Luštica peninsula with a beautiful terrace with natural shadow from The trees and nice view on the sea. Perfect location to go around Kotor area. The house is well furnished and rooms are very comfortable.

Dado's little Fisherman's house was very cute and cozy. If you need isolation from the world and people, you can have it. If you rather want to have people around you, fun, exploration, beautiful beaches and surroundings, you can have that as well. Dado, from the other hand, is a great host, easy to communicate, chill and easy going.

Loved my stay here! Excellent location to walk into town, get to the beaches, cafes or restaurants while also being able to right up into the mountain trails for incredible views and nature time. Very friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts with great local recommendations who made sure everything was going OK without being intrusive. Cute, stylish, clean, modern apartment had everything needed for a long term stay. I definitely recommend it for a lovely stay in Tivat!

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Одни из лучших апартаментов, которые мы снимали в Черногории и вообще где-либо! Апартаменты 2+1 очень просторные, современные и чистые - здесь не тесно жить целой семьёй (нас было 4 взрослых, 1 ребёнок и 2 питомца) На территории всегда есть паркинг, до Тивата 10 минут езды, до Котора 20-30 минут Летом на территории работает собственный бассейн + есть роштиль, что в комплекте с шикарными видами делает жилье просто потрясающим

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. Thank you Niksa for all your kindness.

Juste un grand merci. J'ai eu un problème très délicat à gérer pendant mon séjour à Alexei s'est montré d'une grande bienveillance à mon égard. De plus l'endroit est incroyablement beau et propre.

Le logement est excellent il est situé dans un immeuble entièrement neuf, en plus il y a une terrasse privative ainsi qu’une autre terrasse avec piscine extérieure qui est un vrai plus en été. L’appartement est vraiment très complet et extrêmement propre, ce qui est le plus important pour moi. Le quartier est vraiment tranquille, il y a des terrains de paddle juste en face de l’appartement et la mer se trouve à 100 m. Également très proche de Porto Monténégro, une bonne dizaine de minutes à pied. Je remercie Sean pour sa réactivité et son hospitalité. Je recommande à tout le monde .

Le séjour était merveilleux. L’hôte nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare et de nous déposer à l’aéroport au retour. Le logement était super bien équipé, piscine très agréable, terrasse avec super vue sur les montagnes avec super coucher de soleil. La literie était aussi très confortable. Nous n’avons presque jamais croisé nos voisins avec qui nous partagions la piscine. Je recommande à 100% !!!!

Velibor met us and showed us around the beautiful, architecturally-led villa. It was obvious he had designed the renovation himself and thought of every detail to make things aesthetically and functionally perfect. The villa is ‘upside-down’ style with the lounge area on the first floor with terrace and balcony on either side so you can enjoy morning and evening sun outside while enjoying the scenery. We loved the small kitchenette in the lounge with its own coffee machine! (To match the one in the downstairs kitchen!) The en-suites are fabulous as are the extensive wardrobe and dressing areas. We loved the soft towels, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries provided. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and utility room downstairs which was great. The infinity pool area is fantastic with thoughtful planting and sun loungers for everyone. We could not fault the villa and its location within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and Porto Montenegro. We are hoping to return again soon

We really enjoyed this unit, it was relatively new, very clean, and the location is spectacular. Not being from Europe, we had a few issues interpreting the address and locating the correct building, but this was likely user error. The host and onsite management were both responsive and were very helpful.

Хозяин помог организовать трансфер из аэропорта, жилье расположено в тихом районе, однако далеко от города, это может быть минусом если нет машины. Рядом хороший ресторан Maestral. В ресторане Maestral есть возможность заказать трансфер в аэропорт на лодке, ЭТО ОЧЕНЬ КРУТО И УДОБНО!! Большой, комфортный бассейн на территории виллы (общий для жителей двух домов, но почти всегда был полностью свободен). Шикарный вид с обоих балконов,с одного на Которский залив, с другого на бассейн. Отличной большой телевизор, посудомойка, стиральная машина, вся техника новая. Есть все удобства для проживания. В квартире тихо и очень уютно. Недалеко есть небольшой продуктовый с базовыми продуктами. В 15-20 минутах на машине есть отличный большой песчаный пляж(Plavi Horizonti)! В пешем доступе (5-10 минут) есть небольшой общественный выход к морю, где можно купаться (бетонный пирс со спуском в воду). Дорога до Тивата и Котора - 20 минут на машине.

I had an excellent stay! The host was very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating throughout. The apartment was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—and the mountain view was great. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed. If I ever come back to the area, I’ll definitely look to stay here again.

super séjour chez arsenij qui été toujours disponible pour nous. Le balcon de l appartement était très spacieux et donne une belle vue sur la baie. Le prix est très raisonnable, l'appartement est grand. petit bémol manque un peu d équipement ( cuisine). n'hesitez pas a reserver l appartement d'Arsenij.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr heimisch gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und äußerst bequem, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Der Pool war fantastisch und sehr privat, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ideal – ein kleiner Laden ist fußläufig erreichbar, und mit dem Auto sind schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war alles da, was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation war super, wir wurden bestens betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke

Miejsce które oferuje Stefan jest wyjątkowe. Spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko do ciekawych miejsc. Bezpośredni kontakt miałam z siostrą Stefana, która jest bardzo miłą i szanującą prywatność gości osobą. Od samego początku czuliśmy się jak wśród bliskich osób. Mama Stefana częstowała nas pysznymi ciasteczkami oraz wspaniałymi wędlinami własnego wyrobu. W domu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Chociaż Stefan był w podróży, zadbał o nas zdalnie i dostałam od niego mnóstwo rekomendacji co do restauracji. Czysta łazienka i kuchnia, wygodne łóżko. Osobne wejście i osobna część ogrodu nie koliduje z domowinkami. Gorąco polecam to miejsce z racji jego uroku, ale najbardziej ze względu na wspaniałych ludzi.

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

Очень комфортное жилье. Полностью соответствует фотографиям. Вид из окон очень красивый! Не хотелось уходить из квартиры 😁 Есть всё необходимое и даже больше (кофемашина, вафельница, посудомойка и др.). Приезжали с собакой, всё отлично. Спасибо за доверие! Очень отзывчивая хозяйка! We stayed for the winter NY holidays and it was a great place. Quiet, great-great view of the bay from the balcony. The balcony is big enough for 5 people I think. The shower is good and the water is ok. Heating as usual in the area with a\c, so cozy-cozy, but ok, just need smth warmer than usual. Driving to the house is a bit complicated due to the steep slope and narrow road, but leaving a car on the road below is possible and safe. Driving to Tivat takes around 15-20 minutes without traffic. The sea is very close, and a full-year restaurant and bakery are within walkable distance.
