appartement lumineux, propre et pratique grace a sa proximité avec l'aéroport de Tivat. literie confortable. grand balcon. hôte arrangeant qui est venu nous chercher à la gare routière (encore merci). tout était parfait.

Lovely apartment. Very clean as pictured. It is less than 5 minutes walk down to the beach and 10-15 minutes to Porto Montenegro. It is on a building site but we weren’t bothered by any noise. We also visited Kotor and Perast while we were there and this was a convenient location to go from.

Such a great apartment! Everything was absolutely wonderful — cozy, clean, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find towels, a washing machine, and all the essentials — we didn’t need to buy anything extra. There was enough space for the four of us, and it never felt crowded. The area was very quiet — no noise, no disturbances, and it was the perfect place to relax after our daily adventures. We did our best to leave the apartment as clean as we found it. Thank you so much! We’d definitely love to come back if we get the chance.

Jasmina is a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with and always there to help and answer to all of our questions. Place was clean, cozy and in quiet neighborhood ( which means a lot in Montenegro, we were in other place also and there locals and neighbors were loud). Everything is walkable distance, a lot of restaurants, grocery shops, can walk to bus station, also beaches for sunbathing Would visit again :)

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Alles was heel schoon en goed geregeld. De hosts zijn vriendelijk en reageren snel. Het verblijf is wel een stukje de berg oplopen (15 minuten) vanaf de kust, dus als je moeite hebt met stukken lopen dan is het misschien een minder geschikte locatie. Wij hadden er geen problemen mee. Daarnaast is het goed om te weten dat de autowegen naar het verblijf vrij smal zijn. Dus als je ook een auto huurt, dan doe je jezelf een plezier door een wat kleinere huurauto te kiezen.

Harika bir deneyimdi. Çok keyifli bir ev her köşesi ayrı bir fotoğraf karesi. Denize çok yakın kafa dinlemek için muhteşem bir yer. Denize olan yakınlığı sayesinde çok keyifli yürüyüşler yapabilirsiniz . Özenle dizayn edilmiş bir ev. Evden daha güzel olan şey ise ev sahiplerinin sıcakkanlılığı ve samimiyetleri harika insanlar tanıma fırsatını bana sundukları için teşekkür ediyorum.

The view from the balcony and the bedroom is phenomenal. Waking up to that picturesque is truly magical! Jovan has been extremely helpful by not just answering our questions but also by providing additional information so that we could fully explore and enjoy Lustica and its surroundings. I’d love to come back soon - that’s how good everything was!

Great value for money! A gorgeous place and Sandra and her mum were the perfect hosts, even baking us some fresh cake. We would probably recommend having a car if you wanted to explore but otherwise can get a taxi relatively quickly. We never felt disturbed and would love to return in the future!

This location is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, the view from the terrace onto the local nature park is gorgeous. The place is dead quiet apart from a neighbor's rooster which *will* wake you up in the morning, but that's an excellent time for a walk anyway. There is a bakery right downstairs, owned by the host himself, with both sweet and savory dishes, open for pretty much the entire day, you will not go hungry. Several grocery stores, if need be, are within walking distance. There are two paths from here to the seafront: either you go along the road and look at the nice local architecture with its small, well-decorated houses, or you enter the aforementioned park and walk among the trees and meadows as you go down. Stanislav himself was very kind and helpful, he warned us about the local policy of mandatory tourist registration and helped us get that done, and he also drove us to the airport when we were leaving.

Diese atemberaubende und zu jeder Tageszeit fesselnde Aussicht toppt alles! Man kann die ganze Zeit nur auf dem Balkon verbringen und die Natur und Schiffe beobachten. Oft sind lustige Hühner und Katzen auf dem Hof. Jede Nacht haben wir Nachtigall gehört. Auch sonst bietet die Wohnung viele schöne und praktische Sachen: Wohnzimmer ist schön und groß, die Küche ist mit allem nötigem ausgestattet und bequem, Bett ist gut und Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer funktionierte super. Als Begrüßung standen leckere Orangen aus dem Garten auf dem Tisch. Wirklich super lecker! Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil und die letzten Meter bis zum Haus sind nicht asphaltiert – unser Auto war leider zu tief für die Strecke und wir hatten einen Parkplatz etwa 20 Meter entfernt – der war aber ruhig und sicher, da er auch zum Hof gehörte. Und Nina hat vorgeschlagen unsere Sachen mit ihrem Auto zu transportieren. Ich denke, ein guter Fahrzeug schafft die Auffahrt ohne Probleme. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter!🥰

We had a great stay at Radovans place. He arranged to pick us up from the airport and transport us to the accommodation on arrival. He showed us into the place and let us know if local recommendations in conjunction with his son Damir who spoke stronger English. The place was clean and had a washing machine which we utilized during our stay, as well as a fully equipped kitchen which was great. The location was great given it was on top of a supermarket and walking distance to a bakery across the road, a green grocery and multiple other shops. 5 min walk to the port where we did a boat tour and close to many restaurants. 20 min walk to the main bus station on Tivat which can take you to any major city in Montenegro. Damir was kind enough to assist us with explaining the bus system and letting us know of the timetable. Highly recommend anyone to stay here if you plan to base yourself in Tivat!

Cet appartement est incroyable sur tous les plans. Je suis restée 28 jours et je n’ai jamais regretté cette location ! Sa localisation est parfaite ! Il suffit de descendre et quitter le bâtiment pour accéder à tous les services proposés dans les alentours (restaurants, boulangerie, boutiques…). À mon arrivée, le logement était chauffé et très propre. Les chauffages fonctionnent très bien ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il y a de quoi faire le ménage, beaucoup de linges de lit et de serviettes. Il y a un étendoir et une machine à laver. Vos vêtements sèchent très vite grâce au chauffage. Bref, tous les éléments ont été réunis afin que je passe un excellent séjour à Tivat !

Отличное жилье, всё в соответствии с описанием. Очень чисто, уютно, стильно, спокойно и тихо, на кухне есть все необходимое и даже больше. За свежие цветы отельная благодарность хозяевам! В паре шагов есть ресторан с домашней кухней, магазин, рынок, аптека. Пешком 5 минут до набережной и пляжа, 10 минут до Порто-Монтенегро без подъемов в гору, что очень порадовало. Соня и Саса очень приветливые, дружелюбные и отзывчивые люди! Очень быстро реагируют на любой вопрос. Сасе огромное спасибо, он был чрезвычайно добр и отзывчив! Рекомендуем это прекрасное место на 100%.

We stayed 4 nights at Alinas Appartement. The view was just stunning and it looks just as in the pictures (if not better). The Appartement itself was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very nice to cook something together and the balcony is very big so you basically sit outside the whole day. The area is very calm. There are 2-3 restaurants in walking distance. We went to one of them and it was very nice. From there out you have a good connection to Kotor, Tivat (roughly 25-35min by car). Just 10min away is a very nice beach called Przno Beach (or Plavi Beach). It is a small bay with a sand beach which are rare to find in Montenegro. All in all, the stay was very pleasant and perfekt for a calm getaway.

Nice stay, great location walking distance to beach and two supermarkets. Cozy comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen. Occasionally noisy from nearby construction but you can't really avoid that in Tivat.

Dragana is very responsive and promptly helped with any questions, and her apartment deserves special attention - it's not just an apartment, but a whole museum. If you want to feel like kings and queens, then this option is perfect for you, the interior is gorgeous. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The main promenade of Tivat with luxury yachts and restaurants is just a 7-minute walk away, and it is also a great place for walking.

Our stay at Osman's place went as expected. The listing is completely accurate, and we loved the quiet location, pool and the bay view from the balcony. The apartment is spacious and bright, and has fully equipped kitchen to cook anything. Some reviews may complain for the location, but Tivat is so small and if you've got a car there's absolutely no issue with it at all.

I recently stayed at the Nikola Apartments in Tivat, and it was an excellent experience! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the sea and the lovely promenade. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, making for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the convenience of having parking on-site, which made getting around the area a breeze. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-located spot in Tivat, I highly recommend Nikola Apartments!

Appartement très propre qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos. Bien situé pour ceux qui recherchent un lieu plus calme par rapoort à l'agitation du centre de Kotor. Agréable terrasse, nous n'avons pas utilisé le jacuzzi. Parking devant la maison. Dragana habite une maison voisine et répond rapidement à toutes les demandes pour rendre le séjour agréable.
