Place just as described and in the pictures. Clean, easy to find, everything you need in the apartment plus a lovely balcony to admire the views and watch the sun go down.

Great place, beach access was amazing. Shared with other guests but we did not mind or feel it mostly. Any issue we had was resolved right away and without delay. I forgot a Macbook charger and she informed me right away, helpful and responsive.

Cet appartement est incroyable sur tous les plans. Je suis restée 28 jours et je n’ai jamais regretté cette location ! Sa localisation est parfaite ! Il suffit de descendre et quitter le bâtiment pour accéder à tous les services proposés dans les alentours (restaurants, boulangerie, boutiques…). À mon arrivée, le logement était chauffé et très propre. Les chauffages fonctionnent très bien ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il y a de quoi faire le ménage, beaucoup de linges de lit et de serviettes. Il y a un étendoir et une machine à laver. Vos vêtements sèchent très vite grâce au chauffage. Bref, tous les éléments ont été réunis afin que je passe un excellent séjour à Tivat !

Fenomenalny widok z apartamentu, łatwe zameldowanie, wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne do życia i do tego świetny basen, który mieliśmy do dyspozycji tylko dla siebie 😁 polecam wszystkim! PS. Należy pamiętać, że na zapłacenie podatku turystycznego mamy tylko 2 dni od zameldowania !

tolle Unterkunft in Dobrota, ca. 30min zu Fuss in die Altstadt von Kotor (schöner Weg, immer am Wasser entlang). Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönem Außenbereich zum Frühstücken sowie privatem Steg mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen. Mijo und seine Familie wohnen im 1. Stock, somit immer erreichbar. Mijo hat uns auch Fahrräder organisiert und direkt vor die Wohnung bringen lassen. Definitiv eine tolle Unterkunft - wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Tatjana was so kind and nice to us. She helped with everything.She explained us where to go, to park like tour guide. The apartment was so clean and you have everything whatever you need. I would not think twice to rent this apartment. Thats the best option with the location, view.I can say the best view that you can have in Montenegro. So you dont need to look for other places to stay. I will come and stay again.Thanks for everything again Tatjana 🙂

Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, war stets kurzfristig erreichbar und hat uns gute Tips gegeben. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Die Unterkunft von Veselin ist perfekt! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wasser (nur eine kleine Straße dazwischen) und somit hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer, die Küste und die Berge. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist die direkte Terasse vor der Tür, ideal zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen mit Blick auf die schöne Landschaft. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft von Veselin und seiner Frau. Veselin hat sehr viel Wissen über die Geschichte des Landes und teilt dieses gerne. Wir konnten sehr viel Lernen und haben tolle Tipps von ihm erhalten. Durch die Herzlichkeit der beiden, fühlten wir uns direkt wohl. Ein Aufenthalt hier ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

We had such a lovely stay with Aleksandra in Montenegro! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained and came with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool was definitely a standout feature and quickly became everyone's favourite hangout spot. On our first day, Aleksandra greeted us with drinks, which was such a kind gesture and made us feel instantly at home after a long and tiring journey. Aleksandra was also incredibly helpful in arranging a rental car for us during our stay, which made things much easier as we were a larger group. The house itself was really spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it super easy for us to prepare our own meals. One of the absolute highlights was the balcony , the view was stunning and we spent our evenings just sitting out there. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we are really grateful for Aleksandra’s warm hospitality.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Airbnb and its incredible host. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The host is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and helpful people I have ever met—truly going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

First of all, we would like to thank Sandra for everything. It was the best place we could have stayed with our 2.5-year-old child. Everything was thoughtfully prepared in the house, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It felt as if we were staying with family. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning, hearing the birds sing, and smelling the jasmine flowers was simply amazing. Being able to walk to the town center and staying in a calm yet central location was wonderful. Having a safe place to park our car was also a great bonus. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials for cooking. The neighbors were friendly and peaceful people. It truly felt like we had gone to and returned from our own summer house. If we ever visit again, we will definitely choose this place. It’s a perfect stay in every way — highly recommended. Wishing a lovely holiday to those who are planning to come!
