Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Tivat

This location is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, the view from the terrace onto the local nature park is gorgeous. The place is dead quiet apart from a neighbor's rooster which *will* wake you up in the morning, but that's an excellent time for a walk anyway. There is a bakery right downstairs, owned by the host himself, with both sweet and savory dishes, open for pretty much the entire day, you will not go hungry. Several grocery stores, if need be, are within walking distance. There are two paths from here to the seafront: either you go along the road and look at the nice local architecture with its small, well-decorated houses, or you enter the aforementioned park and walk among the trees and meadows as you go down. Stanislav himself was very kind and helpful, he warned us about the local policy of mandatory tourist registration and helped us get that done, and he also drove us to the airport when we were leaving.

We loved our stay here! If you want a taste of local life with a private beach, friendly neighbors, and a quiet getaway, this is your place. Risan is a smaller town away from the crazy traffic in Kotor. There were markets, a great gelato place, and two local restaurants that we really enjoyed. We had a rental car which made it easy to drive to visit Perast and Kotor, but we ended up so thankful we stayed here because it wasn’t covered in tourists and felt like a quiet oasis away from the crowds. Gorana and her parents were lovely! Helped us find a taxi one day and made us some sweets the next day. The view from Risan is incredible and we spent many evenings sitting by the sea. We 100% recommend and would come back and stay again.

We had the BEST stay here… truly cannot say enough good things!!! We never wanted to leave. It’s the perfect location, there’s an elevator if you have big bags, less than 5 min walk to the beach & super close to the porto montenegro. We felt right at home. There was plenty of space for us! The balcony is so perfect for having breakfast and coffee outside. Mima was super responsive and so accommodating and kind. We stayed here two weeks and loved every minute. The kitchen is amazing!

Our stay at Staša’s Airbnb was a peaceful and enjoyable one. The place is modern with a great view of the sea and surrounding mountains, and is only a few minutes walk from local amenities. We felt right at home from day one and had very quick communication with the hosts when asking questions. Thank you for having us! 😊

Ev Marinaya yürüyüş mesafesinde. Şehrin tam merkezinde ve uyandığınızda resmen bir tablo ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. Ev sahibi oldukça ilgili ve kibar. Aracınızı park edebileceğiniz kendi otoparkı mevcut.

Probably one of the best places in the Kotor area especially in terms of view. The apartment had a beautiful balcony and was furnished very well. Would definitely recommend.

Zeljka çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Evin manzarası, eşyaların düzeni, ortamın temizliği, lazım olabilecek tüm araç ve gereçlerin oluşu çok hoşuma gitti. Ekstra olarak plaj şemsiye kiralayabileceğimiz bir yer önermesini istediğimizde kendi plaj şemsiyesini kullanmamız için vermesi çok güzel bir jestti. Evde sadece bir tane ayna vardı, 4 kişilik konaklama imkanı sunan bir evde tek bir ayna oluşu biraz sıkıntıya soktu fakat iyileştirilebilir bir durum olduğu için çok sorun etmedik.

Unutmayacağız bir deneyimdi. Evin yeri ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Her sabah o manzarayla uyanmak eşsizdi. Ev sahibimizin tatlı kızı bizimle harika ilgilendi. Çok içtendi. Sadece eğer araba kiralarsanız size ait park alanı konusunda yardımcı olamıyorlar. Yakında ücretsiz park yerlerini kullanabilirsiniz. Araba kiralamadığınızda şehrin en canlı yeri old town kısmına sürekli git gel yorucu olabilir. Ama neyseki bu yürüyüşlerinize koyun kenarında harika manzaralar eşlik edecek. Bu ev size, bütünüyle güzel hatırlanacak bir deneyim sunabilir.

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

I highly recommend this apartment. The large balcony has a fantastic view of the bay of Budva and it's a quick walk down the hill to the old town and Mogren breach. The apartment itself was very clean and has plenty of space with three double bedrooms. The host was very helpful throughout our stay.

Loved my stay here! Excellent location to walk into town, get to the beaches, cafes or restaurants while also being able to right up into the mountain trails for incredible views and nature time. Very friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts with great local recommendations who made sure everything was going OK without being intrusive. Cute, stylish, clean, modern apartment had everything needed for a long term stay. I definitely recommend it for a lovely stay in Tivat!

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Amazing place to stay with your family. Super nice and responsive hosts. We even got a small welcome and good buy gifts. Would definitely come back. One needs a car to go around as there is no pavement along the roads by the coast. Gets perfect once you rent a car / come with the own one.

Slavko ile iletişim kurmak çok kolaydı , gittiğimizde bizi eşi Sanija karşıladı , kibar ve tatlı bir bayandı , heryer temizdi , çarşaf takımları yumuşatıcı kokuyordu , evde çamaşır makinesi dahil mutfak ve diğer tüm ihtiyaçlar mevcuttu ,manzarası işte fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi ,balkonda oturup manzarayı izledik eski şehiri gezip balkondan manzarayı izlemek için can attık . Eski şehir yürüyerek 15 dakika ancak çıkış biraz yokuş olduğundan sıkıntı olabilir biz yürüyerek indik ve taksiyle çıktık ancak kotora yine gelsem bu eşsiz manzarada konaklamak isterim

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Airbnb and its incredible host. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The host is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and helpful people I have ever met—truly going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Le séjour était merveilleux. L’hôte nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare et de nous déposer à l’aéroport au retour. Le logement était super bien équipé, piscine très agréable, terrasse avec super vue sur les montagnes avec super coucher de soleil. La literie était aussi très confortable. Nous n’avons presque jamais croisé nos voisins avec qui nous partagions la piscine. Je recommande à 100% !!!!

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. The Studio had everything we needed and host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed Budva and your home very much.

The place is lovely with everything you can possibly need. The views over the pool are spectacular, especially at sunset. Nady was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
