Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tivat

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Le chemin pour se rendre au Airbnb est très étroit, prévoir faire la route avant le coucher du soleil. La magnifique vue et la charmante maison en vaut le coût.

Teljesen megfelelt minden elvárásunknak. Nem találhattak volna jobb szállást 14 főre! Nagyszerű felosztás, ami biztosítja a magánszférát is. Mindennel felszerelt konyha, minimum 1 légkondícionáló minden szinten. A terasz árnyékos, így minden napszakban használható!

Very clean accomodations close to the old town and located directly next to the beachfront (literally 10 meters away). All this for a very reasonable price.

This house is cozy and well-maintained. It has plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, perfect for families or anyone looking for a peaceful place to visit.

The apartments are great and met our expectations. I didn't meet the host in person; we communicated via Viber, and she responded quickly, resolving any issues promptly. The distance to the sea is about 2 km, which isn't critical if you have a car. The nearby beaches are mostly rocky, so it's advisable to have special shoes for swimming on rocky beaches. There is a sandy-rocky beach called Barska Plaza not far away. The landscapes around are very beautiful, and the people are friendly and helpful. Montenegro is a wonderful country.

We had a great stay in Dragana’s apartment in Budva. Dragana was a fantastic host. She very kindly picked up us from the bus station. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was good and there were plenty of supermarkets nearby. Would recommend to anyone visiting Budva.

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Pero und Marina! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Altstadt, Restaurants/Cafes und Supermärkte sind mit schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, Pero und Marina waren sehr flexibel, entgegenkommend und freundlich! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung :)

Ivana was a very attentive host. She responded to all my questions quickly and was helpful in every way. The place we rented was tidy and clean. The location is excellent — you can reach the beach within 2 minutes. Markets and restaurants are within walking distance, and a bus passes just on the street above. Our entire holiday was wonderful, thank you so much!

Great value! Spacious apartment with nice little patio among the garden. Marko was very responsive! We booked last minute and even extended our stay, and he always responded very quickly.

My Dad and I had a lovely stay at Anđela’s place. The house was clean and homely with lovely feminine decor. The view WOW! If you are wanting a good view, this is the place! The terrace is huge and the panoramic views are incredible! It was so lovely waking up and sitting on the balcony with a drink, watching the boats go by and looking out at the mountains. The apartment is quite steep if you follow the path down to the bay but the views at the end makes it so worth it. Anđela was very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had an earlier flight. She was there to greet us when we got there and was very accommodating. She arranged for transfers from the airport too which were on time and reliable. The only thing was the rain at night was loud as we could hear it coming down on the roof, with it being a top floor apartment but it didn’t bother us too much and we still managed to get a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend it and I would love to come back one day :)

We absolutely loved our week at Ana’s apartment. It is clean, comfortable, with a powerful hot shower. The scenery is gorgeous, with a super view from the balcony. Orohovac is lovely and peaceful - there’s a cool beach bar for beers and good pizza, an oyster farm where you can eat oysters, mussels, and fish, and great swimming. It’s within easy reach of Perast and Kotor - which are lovely to explore. We recommend the boat trip to the Blue Cave that picks you up and drops you off right at Ana’s jetty! Loved it! Ana is on hand to help with airport transfers, booking trips, and questions - a super host! And her dad is lovely too :)

Evin konumu harikaydı. Yürüyerek Old Town’a gittik. Yakınında market, eczane ve alışveriş merkezi vardı. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi, her ihtiyacımıza çok hızlı şekilde cevap verdi. Çok kibar ve dost canlısı biri. Ev oldukça iyiydi, ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

I was very happy to stay in this apartment - it’s bright, cozy, and clearly made with love and care. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place was also very clean and quiet, so I had a great night’s sleep. In the morning, it was easy to grab a delicious coffee at a café nearby and take a walk by the sea — it’s just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Irena und konnten von der Wohnung aus die Bucht von Kotor zu Fuß, mit dem Bus oder Auto erkunden. Das Meer ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und wir haben es geliebt, abends an der Bucht in einem Restaurant oder in einer Bar zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und es gab alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend! Irena war eine fantastische Gastgeberin, die uns tolle Tipps gegeben und immer weitergeholfen hat, wenn wir eine Frage hatten.

I strongly recommend this place as it has everything you need, is quiet, is near all the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, and Jelena is very helpful should you need anything. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Koliko god se trudio, ne mogu naći ni najmanju zamerku, sve je bilo kako treba, od komunikacije do uslova u iznajmljenom stanu. Olakšavajuće instrukcije, sve čisto, kuhinja funkcionalna, topla voda, lako dostupno, na petnaestak minuta od mora itd. Najtoplije preporučujem!

Great value. The kitchen is functional with several pots and pans and a washing machine that worked very well. We had a wonderful host who took great care of us. Large and comfortable living room, and a very comfortable and large bed in the bedroom. The chairs outside are a nice touch and we relaxed outside on the porch. The shower is a good size and the water gets hot quickly and there is a larger hot water heater than we have seen in other apartments recently. There is a small leak from the shower which is not a big deal and just needs a towel on the ground to soak it up after each use. The area was pretty quiet and a fairly quick walk to the old town. We would absolutely stay here again.
