We had a great time in this well-appointed and well-equipped place. It is located in a very quiet area and a short time from the center of Nantes.

Julien is a very responsive and welcoming host, we can only recommend him. Our stay, although short, was very pleasant and facilitated by communication with Julien who had previously provided us with a very complete welcome booklet. The accommodation is identical to the photos, very convenient, accessible on a street that is both lively but very quiet.

We come for the 2nd time, always impeccable accommodation, small touches, good communication, ideal for a small family, perfect accommodation for several days of vacation, 20 km from Puy du Fou, peaceful, quiet, you can sleep with the windows open without being disturbed by noise or mosquitoes. If we ever have to go back to Puy du Fou, we'll know where to go.

We had a lovely stay The house is spacious, the little extra is that everyone has their own shower/sink The exteriors are very nice with everything you need to keep the kids busy (trampoline, swing, pony) The exteriors are under construction, which does not prevent use. A quick note about the hot tub which, although functional, was not very clean. Overall the house is as described and the stay went very well.

My best Airbnb experience!! Annie France is an absolutely adorable host, who was very kind to my very late check-in schedule. The house is beautiful and the space dedicated to tenants is secluded enough from the house to enjoy a space at all. I would recommend it without a second thought!!

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.
