Domaine Serenite is an eco-friendly leisure farm 20 min drive from Clarens, surrounded by the beautiful Lesotho Mountains. It is accessible through 5.5km of unsealed road, 4WD is advised during rain season. We live 100% off the grid, windmill turbine and solar panels generate our electricity. Our micro-farm was set up to be energy conscious while allowing very comfortable and luxury accommodation. We hope that during and after your stay you will feel serene, close to nature and energised.

We run off solar and gas and invite guest to come and enjoy the quiet side of nature. Our lodge has access to many miles of trails for hiking, biking and running through our private game farm where one can get up close and personal with our resident giraffe. Our Cottage is one of three units situated on a prime location, walking distance from the square, and right next to the hiking trails. Our cottage offers 1 bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, lounge area with sleeper couch and outdoor seating area. You are welcome to bring your pets along by prior arrangement as the back area of the cottage has its own fenced off little garden where your pets can play freely. Pet fee = R200 for cleaning

Lavender & Rust cottage

Lavender & Rust is a lovely self-catering house for 4 people with an old-warm charm in Clarens. The double-storey house comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a cosy lounge. For comfort on colder days, electric blankets, and heaters are provided in the bedrooms. Guests can relax in front of the cosy fireplace, and Wi-Fi access is available. The living area opens onto a stoep, and a Weber braai, as well as secure parking, is provided.
