Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed at as a remote worker in over 4 years. I lived here for a month and had everything I needed to live, eat, exercise and work in comfort. Great desk and office chair. Well stocked kitchen of pans and utensils and nestled in one of the cutest 'hoods in Chiang Mai - if you prefer to be more local. There are great restaurants, local groceriy sellers and a 7/11 nearby if you need it. Also a massive gym is 1 minute walk away, which also offers Muay Thai. AC worked great. Air purifier was very welcome in smokey season. 5 minute grab bike to nimman or old town and an easy 15 minute walk to Maya. I loved everyday I spent here and if I return to Chiang Mai, I will certainly come back. Communication was fast and polite. Any issue is resolved immediately. Honestly faultless. All the other guests in the building loved it too. True hidden gem

집은 쾌적하고 깔끔하며 넓었습니다. 헬스장과 수영장 시설도 있었고, 1층엔 카페와 여행 패키지를 예약할 수 있는 등 편리했습니다. 다만 콘도앞과 주변에 유흥업소가 있어서 어린아이와 동반한다면 조금은 불편할 수 있습니다.

This apartment is a little far away from the city center, but there is market just in front of it. There are also restaurants and seven eleven, lotus's etc. around. So you can have a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the center but still be in the city. Thomas and Aunya are wonderful hosts! The Songkran I enjoyed with them was unforgettable!! The apartment caretaker Fon is very attentive and helpful. The place was clean and just as shown in the photos on Airbnb.

This is our second time stay at Kanika’s place and we still love it! The room is clean and comfortable, got everything we needed. What we like the most is also no need to turn on AC during the day because there’s big tree outside the room and feels so nice to have breeze coming in. Hosts are also very responsive and helpful 💕 totally recommended 👍

Lovely spacious room. Excellent location in Nimman

The host was really responsive and patient to my enquiry though some are not related to the housing. The location is great if you would like to explore nimman (but it got really noisy at night during Songkran festival due to the party downstairs, and there are plane flying over everyday), there are also 7-11 and many food stores nearby, also within walking distance to MAYA. The AC condenser unit is at the balcony, so it may produce some noise, but it didn’t affect my sleep. The room was cleaned once a week (with towels change) and there is another day for towel change. The furniture may look slightly different from the photo (eg. no mirror on the closet, different model of fridge), but all the essentials are there. Overall a really nice stay here and the staff here are really friendly!

I had a seamless weeks stay. Charles picked me up from the airport and dropped me off back to the airport at the end of my stay. Now that is service! Charles is a walking encyclopedia of Chiang Mai, and his knowledge of the best tours and places to eat were invaluable to someone unfamiliar with the place. He really has a passion for ensuring you have the best stay possible with his advice and recommendations. You get the sense he really wants you to have great experiences and to make long lasting memories of Chiang Mai. The apartment is a nice sprawling accommodation with a huge kitchen / dining with 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, shower and toilet which gives a nice opulent feel to the place. The cleanliness was well above standard and everything is in perfect working order. I would definitely stay again.

정말 훌륭한 숙소. 괜찬은 wifi, 제대로 된 주방. 세탁기, 뜨거운 샤워, 그리고 아름다운 동네. 모든게 완벽했습니다.

John's lovely condo is definitely the best experience that I have stayed at the various units this condominium in my last three years visiting Chiang Mai. He and the co-hosts were professional and always making sure my stay experience was enjoyable. The view from the balcony is also incredible. I look forward to returning to John's condo in my future visit in Chiang Mai.

На сайте не представлены фото санузла, который сильно отличался от общей картины. Окна в спальных комнатах выходят и зале выходят не на улицу а в хол, что не позволяет находится в помещении с открытыми шторами, так как вас могут увидеть другие жильцы.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was exactly as described, clean and cozy.The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest after a long day. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in.The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local shops. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay. The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again!

Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen. Gerade wenn man für eine längere Zeit eine ruhige Wohnung sucht. Der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren klasse. Die Sicherheitsleute waren äußerst freundlich und die gesamte Außenanlage wurde täglich gereinigt. Mit dem Roller oder mit Grab ist alles einfach zu erreichen. Egal ob Flughafen, Innenstadt oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. The facilities are great and the location is excellent. Many places to eat, within 5-10mins walk. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was exactly what our family needed! Close to everything and less than 10min drive to night market. Ben was extremely helpful and responsive. All staff members at the property were so halpful and kind. Cannot not recommend this place enough! Best views and don't even get me starred on the pool! just beautiful! Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

Great stay! The place was super clean and felt brand new. The bathroom smelled good and everything was spotless. The whole space had a cozy, welcoming vibe and looked just like the photos. Robert was awesome — super responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Definitely a solid Airbnb experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Pattararin Apartment! The place was super clean, just like the photos, and all the amenities were exactly as described. The apartment was spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable. We also loved the location. So many restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and convenience stores were within walking distance. It was a perfect base to explore the area, and we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend!
