An exceptional 12-day stay, a soothing and refreshing place, between sea and mountain, magnificent landscapes and proximity to the city of Tetouane are an undeniable plus. 40min from Martil and Cabo Negro beach and 1.5 hours from Chefchaouene. The house is well located and it feels safe, in front of the house is a very kind grocer and the beach is a 5min walk. Sanae and her husband were very responsive and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be back if God wants.

I had a wonderful stay at Bouchra's Triplex! The place was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. Bouchra was incredibly understanding and flexible, which made the experience even better. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Perfect! The accommodation is in a great location, close to the beach, port, corniche and all amenities within walking distance. I would recommend it 100%. A fantastic stay in the heart of Tetouan almost seemed like an apartment hotel. I had a wonderful time in this luxury apartment in Tetouan! Everything is brand new, modern and very comfortable. The location is perfect: centrally located and close to beautiful beaches and tourist sites. The presence of an elevator and a private garage area made the stay extra pleasant. Our host, Faisal, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always on hand to help us with tips and advice. What really made our stay special was that Faisal even took us to the airport, as we had to return our rental car downtown – great service! In short, a top stay that I can recommend to anyone. Thank you, Faisal! Will definitely be back.

Maribel is a beautiful woman and a reliable and attentive host. She works very hard and has an eye for detail. I found her way of communication excellent and she is helpful and service-oriented. The stay in her home was pleasant and hospitable. Everything was taken care of excellently. In addition to this house, Maribel also owns a beautiful Riad called Riad Blanco, these are beautiful rooms/small palaces in the middle of the ancient and beautiful city center of Tetouan. These are definitely worth a stay. The crew here is very attentive. The accompanying restaurant also serves delicious and authentic meals. I want to thank Ms. Zohra for cleaning my apartment. Finally, I would like to mention that the facilities (hot water, shower, kitchen, toilet, towels, bedlinen and bed) in the house are excellent and super clean and the view from the roof terrace on the Royal Palace and the square is breathtaking. Very comfortable accommodation due to the proximity of the beach, a very nice and quiet place. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the terrace overlooking the sea. Very kind and caring host. Very relaxing vacation with two children. Definitely worth repeating
