The views were so great to wake up to, all the windows! Felt like home! The history that is waiting right out side was unexpected and amazing. El was super quick to respond and the directions to get into the place were perfect! The building and the neighborhood were so quiet and the market right at the corner was so convenient. Would highly recommend and would come back again and again!

Very good and well-maintained accommodation. The furniture was all clean except a couch that had a lot of stains on it. The apartment is super easy to reach and accessible from almost anywhere by car or public transport. The price is good, but I think it's a bit too expensive. happy to come back. again

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with comfortable and stylish furniture. Overall a great place to stay! The location is not walkable to city centre, but the train station is a 2 minute walk away and takes you to Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes. Neukölln was a very lively, multicultural neighbourhood. It has great food in every direction. The apartment was so lovely. The linens were clean. The decor was aesthetically appeasing and the bed was super comfortable! The hosts were great to deal with. They were accommodating and provided clear, detailed instructions on how to access the unit.

The apartment is super located, quiet, very clean and had everything you needed. The communication went smoothly, quickly and easily. Co host Karsten checked us in and was super nice, check-in was also flexible! All in all a great Air BnB that you can only recommend!

We spent 7 nights at the place and felt very comfortable. Due to the location in the rear building, it is very quiet. Everything you need for everyday life is within walking distance. Restaurants, bars and public transport in the immediate vicinity.

Definitely recommended! Everything was amazing, we really loved our stay here and definitely will come back whenever be in Berlin, as well will look up other of Bob W accommodations in other locations around the Europe. :) Location is fantastic, also we found free parking on the street although arrived late at night. There's plenty to see and do nearby, there's breakfast place right next to house. You can walk around Berling centre from this location. Checking in and getting in the house and appartament was very east. Room is super nice, sparking clean and smells nice, as well it's very quiet. Bed is very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. Room is fully equipped and has everything you could think of when travelling, even if you forgot to bring something with you, there probably will be stuff to cover. :) There's also Berlin's map with popular spot available for every quest. :) Host is super proactive and easy to communicate with, answers to every message very quickly.

Andrej’s apartment was wonderful! We definitely recommend and would stay again at our next visit to Berlin. Location was perfect-close to trams and trains and easily walkable to many adventures. Grocery nextdoor very helpful. Andrej was very responsive and friendly. Great shower and bath as well!

We didn't miss anything in our getaway with the children. We had plenty of space, were also able to stay out of the way and relax and enjoy the time. The beautiful green garden invites you to linger. We were there with 10 adults and 4 children and enjoyed the peace and quiet in the countryside. In bad weather, you had a great quality of stay in the large conservatory with well-equipped kitchen for eating and also playing, painting and crafting. Outside, the kids loved the many animals, were on the trampoline and ping pong table a lot. We were helped quickly and courteously with all inquiries. We'll be back.

Everything was great, the apartement is fully equiped and bed is very confortable. the terrace benefits the sun during the day. transportation is less than 10mn by walk. and the spree is at 5mn. It is a very calm neighbor very good to chill. Mirco is very accessible and friendly (living the same building). It just could be a bit hot inside during high temperature. I Totally recommand for short or midlong stays (especially great for several weeks!).
