We stayed at Patricia’s place on our way to Merida from Bacalar. It’s location is very convenient and it’s a very peaceful place in a walkable distance to the town center. There’s a very beautiful swimming pool, too. Patricia and her family is very welcoming and helpful; with our internet connection, laundry, etc. We’re very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it

Buen lugar para quedarse un tiempo corto. Está cerca del centro y del mercado, además de la terminal de autobuses. El anfitrión es muy amable y fue claro con las instrucciones.

Peaceful and quiet in this back bedroom (street-facing room would have been loud). One block to cathedral and central plaza. Great view of the church on the hill. We walked everywhere, then came back to a peaceful sanctuary. Large well-equipped kitchen. Pool was refershing in the evening. Host was super-responsive, and has people in the store right next door for immediate needs.

Lovely place to stay, Patricia was always helpful for anything we needed. Two well behaved dogs and sweet cats. There's shops, an Oxxo and a small market, and places to eat and buses go through. There are archaeological sites nearby on the bus route. A very peaceful and quiet week, we even stayed on no problem. The bank is in the next town mind, bring pesos for convenience.
