A beautiful private cabin 5km from Tartu. The cabin is located on the bank of a little pond, in a forest. Nearest house is 0,5 km away, so it's the perfect place for a getaway. The cabin has a private barbeque, hot-tub and a disc-golf course for a active holiday. In the cabin is a sauna and a pond for swimming or to have a dip after the sauna. At night time you can also enjoy the fireplace that will keep you warm on the cold nights. Hut-tub is not included in price. It's extra 50.- for stay.

Quiet apt with fireplace, 9min walk from Town Hall

You find the place hidden from the main street, right on the edge of Tartu biggest park, Toomemägi (Toome Hill). The house is surrounded by two churches and it takes a short picturesque walk from Raekoja plats/Town Hall. The place is spacious, light and quiet with lots of house plants and the fireplace in the living room. You can also light candles and relax in the bath while listening vinyl record player with a selection of Estonian music. Fast WiFi (100Mbps with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz standards).

Grill- kaasa võtta süsi, muu olemas. Lastele mänguväljak, batuut, kiigud, trosslaskumine, mängumaja, hoov jooksmiseks. Meil on väike koer, miniküülik, kanad. Pererahvas elab kõrval majas.

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Marta's Green House is approximately 100 years old house in a quiet and unique wooden houses district of Tartu called Karlova. The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). Väga mugav ja stiilselt sisustatud väike korter Tartu linnas. Korteris on kõik eluks vajalik olemas. Võimalus teha süüa nii pliidil, kui ka ahjus. Olemas külmkapp ja pesumasin. Soovi korral saab teha kaminasse tule. Korter asub vanas puitmajas kesklinnast jalutuskäigu kaugusel Karlova piirkonnas. Lähedal on olemas toidupood, baarid ja söögikohad. Samas majas on saadaval ka teine sarnane korter.

We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!
