This old renovated barn of 268 m² in wood and white stones from 1859 with views of the valley and 1.7 ha of non-enclosed land is located in the south of the Lot in Castelnau-Montratier in the heart of Quercy Blanc, composed of 3 cottages, a Tipi (May to September) with swimming pool, spa, 90 m² common room with fireplace, 80 m² large covered terrace. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Capacity of 14 people (16 with Tipi). 1 cottage for 6 people, 2 cottages for 2/4 people and a tipi for 2 people.

You are independent, in a fully equipped house overlooking the castle, the medieval village of Penne and the Aveyron River. Charming cottage for 6 people with pool

This traditional white stone barn has been restored to accommodate up to six people. Access to the cottage is via a porch where you can enjoy your meals. A pleasant bright living room opens to the kitchen and dining room. A large balcony offers magnificent sunsets. 3 bedrooms, each of it is equipped with its shower room and toilet. Pool (16 x 6 m) to share with the guests of our second cottage. We live on the property ourselves.
