This place is a hidden gem! From the outside you’d never guess how beautiful and cozy it is inside. The chalet is located in a peaceful village near the beach, on the road between Tangier and Asilah. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a lovely terrace with artificial grass, a big fig tree, and a dining area. Inside feels like a mini luxury villa stylish, fully equipped kitchen, two comfy bedrooms, a cozy salon, beautiful lighting, and a huge TV with Netflix. The WiFi is great, and there are thoughtful extras like books and even a musical instrument. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom, watch the stars at night, and enjoy the private rooftop with an amazing sea view. It’s calm, secure, and truly feels like home. The host is super kind and helpful, with a creative spirit and big plans for the future of this place. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this house! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—even offering us a quad bike to explore the area, which was such a fun and unexpected bonus! The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Your beach villa was an absolute dream! The stunning ocean views from the villa were breathtaking, and the sound of the waves provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered to enhance the stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better – steps away from the soft sand and clear waters. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. It was truly an amazing stay, and we can't wait to return!

La casa está decorada con mucho gusto, manteniendo las características de las casas de Marruecos, pero con un toque moderno y fresco. Muy espaciosa, un patio interior muy acogedor para tomar algo sobretodo por la tarde/noche; los 3 dormitorios son muy amplios y las camas (king size) muy cómodas; hay doble azotea y desde la superior hay vistas al mar; una gran cocina con todo lo necesario, incluso horno y lavavajillas (aunque nosotras no lo utilizamos); también tiene lavadora, pero igualmente, nosotras no la necesitamos. Karine fue muy flexible con la hora de llegada y salida, y estuvo disponible siempre que tuvimos que contactar con ella. La entrega y recogida de llaves sin problemas y con buenas indicaciones de cómo llegar a la casa, que está en un sitio perfecto dentro de la medina. Recomendamos la estancia en esta casa sin lugar a dudas.

La maison est superbe , spacieuse fonctionnelle , propre et agréable. Plusieurs espaces extérieurs sont proposés, ce qui est très agréable . Le coin piscine est sans vis à vis et bien équipé . Il y’a d’ailleurs de nouveaux aménagements qui sont en cours. Driss est un hôte accueillant, sympathique et bien veillant. Il est toujours soucieux de votre confort . Driss et son équipe son très réactif et mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour soit parfait . Je recommande ++++

We had the most wonderful stay during my friends wedding. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house is stunning and even more beautiful than the pictures. Meriam looked after us so well cooking delicious breakfasts and always smiling. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The pictures really don't capture how incredible this place is, it's more beautiful in person. Love how they've managed to blend traditional style with modern touches. The real highlight: the garden/beach terrace. Just wow. The views over plage sol and cap spartel are something else, the kind that make you want to sit there for hours. The host was super helpful, walking us through all the local spots worth checking out. Having that little restaurant just 2 mins away was great aswell. Perfect for grabbing breakfast or picking up basic groceries when we needed them. Honestly can't recommend this place enough. I'll definitely try to stop by again next summer

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable dans un cadre magnifique. La villa est superbe et son agencement est parfait. Elle comprend un très beau jardin, une terrasse et une piscine. La cadre est vraiment parfait pour profiter d’un séjour paisible et agréable avec une belle vue sur mer. L’hôte a été très sympathique, a communiqué avec nous de manière proactive et nous a recommandé les services utiles pour passer un excellent moment.

it's a unique vila indeed. interesting architecture. the only problem we had was the toilets. each room has a toilet and a bathroom but the problem is the toilettes don't have ventilation and no door. something some people may be ok with some not. otherwise its a great place, ocean view and nice people taking care of the place.

The check in and the check out went very smoothly, the villa is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the. Villa it’s extremely clean , the bed linen and towels very clean and fresh and the villa is well-maintained, and nicely decorated, the villa it’s directly opposite the pool with direct access, nice garden at the back with the barbecue and seating facilities, the villa representative and the customer service agent ( owner) They are really caring and they have a sense of hospitality.

Thank you to Mourad. What a great place to stay if you like some privacy with family in the middle of the countryside. (without being far from town and the sea). The whole family enjoyed it. Hearing the birds while having your breakfast is a must-have. Shame it was still too cold for the swimming pool. The kids also had the opportunity to witnessed an ewe giving birth. And that made their stay even more precious. The neighbourhood is really respectful. Highly recommended.

Le logement de Muriel est Youssef est idéal pour le repos, tout est disponible sur place (piscine, grand jardin, ping-pong) et la plage est juste en face de la maison, tres pratique. Je recommande.

Super maison avec une vue magnifique. Full équipé il y’a vraiment TOUTpour des vacances détente en famille dépaysement garantie. Prévoir une voiture obligatoirement 4x4 de préférence car maison difficile d’accès. Said: par ou commencer ? Un homme généreux au grand coeur qui a su se plier en quatre pour nous rendre ce séjour des plus agréable. Il est en grande partie responsable du bon souvenir que je garderai de ce séjours et il ma même donné envie d’y revenir ne serait-ce que pour le revoir. Merci pour ce que tu as fais pour moi et mes parents. Said est la définition même de l’hospitalité. Les gens du village m’on marqué par leurs générosité et leur accueil. Une pensée à Aicha et Raoula les filles de l’epicier Du village. N’hésitez Pas a leur rendre visite. A BIENTOT JE REVIENDRAI

Das Haus liegt etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto außerhalb von Asilah in einem klitzekleinen Bauerndorf mit Meerblick. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig mit Ausnahme von Eseln und Hühnern. Man kann an einem kleinen Fenster Brot kaufen (eventuell auch andere Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, das ist uns aber ohne Arabischkenntnisse nicht gelungen) und an der Straße ist ein Verkauf von Plätzchen und Kuchen. Eine ganz tolle Erfahrung! Das Haus ist superschön. Sehr neu, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl es Mitte April noch kühl war, war der Pool schon in Betrieb, und wir konnten ihn nutzen. Der Garten ist auch wunderschön - im Sommer oder Herbst wahrscheinlich noch schöner. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist in knapp 10 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wichtig ist nur zu beachten, dass es kein Internet gibt (wie auch in der Anzeige steht). Da wir keine mobilen Daten in Marokko hatten, mussten wir die Organisation im WiFi von Restaurants in Asilah machen, das hat aber auch gut geklapp

Zu aller erst, kamen wir etwas früher als die Check-In Zeit, doch das war kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit Miftah lief reibungslos und schnell. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön in dieser Villa. Wir hatten Mega Spaß und ausreichend Platz. Die Tischtennisplatte ist überragend und wir haben viel Zeit mit ihr verbracht. Alles war ordentlich und sauber bei unsere Ankunft. Immer wieder gerne, wenn die Unterkunft verfügbar ist. Dankeschön 🙏🏼
