Terrific location with a wonderful rooftop terrace overlooking most of the Medina and the beach.

Beautiful riad with stunning interior design and authentic features. Bilal, the manager, was very helpful and responsive. Breakfasts and dinner were fantastic too. Would recommend this place highly and would love to visit again.

We stayed here after our wedding party and they made our stay very special and personalized. The location is very peaceful and walkable to the Kasbah. We enjoyed the breakfast outside near the pool. Everything about our stay was wonderful, highly recommend.

This was our second unit we booked with Wail and by far the best! We enjoyed pristine views of the water, close to all shopping and restaurants, and never spent a dime on taxis due to the perfect location near the Marina shops. Our tax driver had a hard time finding the exact address so best to give them the street address and then say you’re located next to Ibn Batouta Mall once you get your taxi! Amazing stay overall, great value and we will be back!

You can tell that this apartment has been designed with care. The giant windows, the thoughtful uplighting and comfortable beds. The decor struck a nice balance between modernity and tradition and the views from both the window and the roof top are spectacular. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The area around the flat is nice too, a few minutes walk to sea views and a big park. It's about 15mins walk to the Medina (uphill on the way back), but it was actually nice to be a little way away from all the hustle and bustle. Would return.

This property was full of local character spread over 5 floors. The decor and fittings were in keeping with the property and the area but still lean and modern. The roof terrace was a highlight but the whole property was very comfortable. It is set in the winding streets of the old town but still easy to find after we had een shown where to go by Ahmed who met us from the taxi. He was also very helpful with our departure. We had only a couple of nights but we thoroughly enjoyed it. As others have said it would not be suitable for people with poor mobility but the different staircases are part of the fun. Would not hesistate to reccomend.

Marie is responsive, reliable and very kind. The appartment was very clean and the rooftop view was beyond beautiful. As a female digital nomad travelling alone, I would mention the neighborhood was a bit overwhelming to me, but part of the Morrocan charm. I was very thankful to have Marie and locals to assist me.

Great house, with 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen area, living-dining room, washing machine area and magnificent terrace 😊 Pedestrian area, very quiet in the upper area of the Medina, next to the Kasbah.

Wonderful (remodeled) house. Great contrast with medina. House fully equipped. Sitting outside a lot (bath is lovely when the weather is hot. Breakfast ( from fatima) Tasty for a few days. Always the same. Also nice to try in the city of everything.(brahir is super tasty and cheap). Laurent always available online (Wi-Fi was away for a while) and resolves disagreement with a taxi driver neatly. Always set up price before you check out. Hold the shower head yourself on the upper floor. Hop on hop off not reliable with times of driving and whether you can still come along if it's busy. It's nice to explore the city. House is centrally located. 170€ a night is not cheap but with 3 couples really super nice. Walking a lot of stairs... Blue town recommended.Taxibus €200 for full day with driver. 6 days fine..

Don’t hesitate to stay here, don’t make the mistake we did and only book one night, stay longer. For ladies take the unique opportunity to have a Hammam. The riad was much better than the photos. Also ensure to have dinner on the terrace and breakfast, food was sensational.

The house is located in a pretty alley of the Kasbah, very secure. What a joy to discover this beautifully decorated home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The rooftop offers one of the most beautiful views of the Kasbah. From the house, a few steps away, one of the best spots for a Moroccan breakfast and lots of restaurants and rooftops! Driss and his family welcomed us not to their property, but their home. Their home has a soul to it. You can feel they have poured their warmth and kindness into their home. Every nook and corner is thoughtful and speaks volume. Very clean, good coffee machine and beautiful location and views!! Furthermore, Mr. Mohammed, the friend of Mr. Driss was a proper kind gentleman. He was kind and helped us with our stay. Hope to stay here once more during summers.

The stay was great at Mohammed Khalid's house. He was super communicative and met us to show us the location and where to find the house. Everything in the apartment was nice, and it's a large space. Mohammed Khalid responds quickly and helped us find a driver for the departure.

Good location, everything within walking distance. Lots to see. Right in the center and parking garage available around the corner. The host was very friendly and happy to answer questions and give suggestions!

Absolutely amazing. We had a really good time staying at this airbnb and the host really made the stay more perfect. Our flight was delayed but this was received with flexibility and kindness. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace and loved the sun we were able to receive here. Highly recommend!

super responsive and helpful host. beautiful apartment with unobstructed sea view. upon arrival everything was fine (sanitary kitchen linens...) lots of restaurants and coffee shops are not far away. ideal area for rejuvenation in Tangier. all the amenities needed for our comfort was available and functional. i recommend it 1000%. thank you again for our wonderful stay

This place is really beautiful! I would describe it as High-end! The apartment is really sublime, very clean, spacious, fully equipped, in the center and close to the port of Tangier. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed in! During my next stays in Tangier I will not look elsewhere than Madame Rita's place. In addition, she was very kind and caring towards us as well as her mother. If I could have extended my stay I would have! They're great hosts! Thanks again to you and your mom. I'll see you soon.

Lluvia’s place in Tangier was the perfect landing pad for our first trip to Morocco. It’s centrally located, with gorgeous views and in an easily walkable location to the Medina one way and the newer part of town the other. A supermarket is just downstairs, and there are safe and easy ATMs and cash exchanges just across the street. Lluvia’s instructions were clear, and she checked in with us and answered questions to be sure we had everything we needed quickly. She also connected us with a fabulous local driver, Hassan, who provided us amazing day trips, and a local cleaner, Siham, who helped us keep the apartment in perfect shape. We would love to return!

Nice apartment; clean and well-equipped. It is about a 5-minute walk from the train station, 5-10 minutes to the beach, the edge of the medina is a little longer than half an hour. The immediate surroundings (also view from the balcony) are not the nicest, there is also a lot of construction going on nearby. But neither really bothers me. Very nice hosts who were always super accessible (always responded within a few minutes).

Very nice house, super clean and well equipped. And closer to any place you’d want to visit. Easy access to transportation, when needed. The hosts were caring and always answering asap. The house made the tangier experience more enjoyable. I highly recommend the house and dealing with the hosts.

We loved out stay with the beautiful panoramic balcony view of the city and beach! It was so relaxing to hear the waves of the ocean especially early in the morning. There are a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Aouatif was really friendly and communicative as well! Highly recommend staying here especially if you enjoy the city and ocean.
