It was an enjoyable stay for us and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Glad that he is also flexible and willing to support us for our long stay in his house. I feel like living in our own house. Many thanks to Mr Felix who is the owner of the house.

Sangat senang akhirnya Menemukan villa dengan fasilitas nyaman dan lengkap di area Tangerang.. yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kami. Kamar besar-besar .. pool cantik dan menarik untuk sebuah acara private limited party. Mereka juga mem-provide BBQ dan Breakfast yang enak. Jika butuh es batu untuk acara, bisa order dulu sebelum check in. Mereka juga akan membantu menyediakannya. Owner sangat ramah dan membantu menjelaskan banyak hal.

I had a really nice stay, the place was super clean and cozy. The host has fixed the water issues and the water is clear as sky :) The place has a very calm neighborhood. Will definitely come back and recommend this to my friends

Highly recommended untuk staycation or shooting, desainnya modern, serta fasilitas lengkap. Suasananya tenang, sehingga menjadi lokasi sempurna untuk shooting MV, termasuk produksi skala besar seperti shooting dari team kami, Nagaswara.

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dwitya’s place on the 35th floor of Transpark Bintaro, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and immaculately clean the entire unit was. It’s clear that Dwitya takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment for her guests. The unit is beautifully designed and equipped with all the VIP amenities you could ask for, including high-speed Wi-Fi, premium toiletries, a fully stocked kitchenette, and even complimentary beverages. The attention to detail in every corner of the apartment is remarkable, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out to me was the breathtaking view from the 35th floor. Watching the sunset from the unit was a memorable highlight of my stay. Additionally, the location is perfect, with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and public transportation. Dwitya was an excellent host—responsive and truthful :) 10 out 10

Good place to stay

Found this unit last minute before our flight in Jakarta. Veronica is very responsive. Our flight is early in the morning yet she responded our chat very fast! The check-in instruction is very easy to follow. The place is very comfy and sooo Japanese style, exactly the same at the photos. Had a great time staying here. The amenities, the mini kitchen-everything all provided. Definitely will reserve Vero's unit when we stay again at Tangerang! Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.

Sisca's place is top notch! great location and great view. Sisca is a very nice lady, fast response to all my messages (anytime!) Sisca always go above and beyond. this is the best place that I've stayed for our trip to Jakarta.. thank you Sisca for allowing us to stay at your beautiful Penthouse.. we will be back!

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

Peter’s home was fantastic!! Already looking to return at a future date. A great location with fantastic amenities. Peter gave really good instructions for the check-in process, which made it a breeze after a long journey. Thank you Peter!!

Just what we needed for a week's stay in Jakarta! Brilliant location and access to the Mall is probably the highlight, saved us so much time, eliminating the hassle of navigating the busy J streets. The gym and pool are very well maintained - we love to use them daily. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but the owner was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was taken care of. 청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.
