C'est le seul appartement dont le balcon de 17m2 est construit au dessus du chemin qui longe la plage, offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur les vagues, le village, les pêcheurs, les surfeurs. Très confortable, décoré et entretenu avec soin pour un séjour exceptionnel au dessus de l'océan, proche des nombreux cafés et restaurants longeant la plage et à 2 pas des écoles de surf, au coeur de ce village berbère convivial mêlant pêcheurs, commerçants, surfeurs du monde entier...et quelques touristes.

Mooi appartement op goede locatie, bij de grote weg in Tamraght. Vrij uitzicht over zee. Het appartement met 1 grote slaapkamer bevindt zich op de 3e etage. Het ruime balkon met de hele dag zon, biedt een fantastisch uitzicht over de Atlantische oceaan en bananavillage Aourir. Het is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar Bananabeach en 20 minuten naar strand Imouran (1 km). Agadir is op 12 kilometer, Taghazout 7. Bus, taxi's, winkeltjes op 200 meter afstand. Veilig en gratis parkeren voor het gebouw.
