such a nice place to have holiday!

location is above a club, you're able to hear the clubs every night. aircon was leaking halfway through our stay, but the aircon downstairs was cold enough we didn't turn on the one above. the allocated parking space to lift lobby is about 3mins walk, kind of far and creepy especially at night when there's lots of drunkards the projector doesn't have external audio, making the audio distorted when watching show the place matches the description nevertheless, worth the money :)

The house is clean and exactly same as described and photos. I feel cosy and comfortable staying in Mart, feel home. So far instruction to check in and access to the unit is clear and easy. Will definitely boom Mary, feel home in my next trips to KL

The host was very responsive to my questions and last minute booking. My team and I worked late in KL and needed a place to stay the night. I'm glad to have booked this Airbnb. Definitely good value and the apartment was in a good clean condition. Well maintained. Definitely would recommend it.

clean and modern space. bed and sofa are comfortable and there's also water dispenser provided. the only downside is there's no hanger in the toilet to hang the clothes. Other than that, everything was great!

Great place to stay, the unit is clean and comfortable. Location is excellent to Pavillion Mall with many good restaurants inside. Jessy is very responsive and deal with water filter issue very effectively, which I appreciated it a lot. Great location, comfortable unit, friendly hosts, highly recommended for everyone.

if only we can enjoy Netflix here, it will be an added value... we were planning for a Netflix late movie but cant even login or add account to the app. So a bit frustrating on this. others are all ok and great

The overall environment was very comfortable! The space was large and spacious, and it was very convenient being within walking distance to Pavilion 2. However, the toilet paper provided was not sufficient — it would be better to ensure that every bathroom is stocked with toilet paper.

Gary and his team were so helpful and responsive to whatever questions youthrow them at. This is my second time stay with them in the last 4 months. The place is so convenient and right in the centre of everything. The amenities were good- swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam/sauna. The view from the place was amazing with petronas and KL towers at the backdrop. Everything from the check in process to check out was so easy and so well organised. I would strongly suggest Gary's place for my friends.

The infinity pool is very beautiful, and the environment is also very good, the only thing is that there are only two cards for three people

After traveling to many countries and staying at many different Airbnbs, this was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and the best host I’ve ever had. The place is perfect for short term and long term stays. We arrived to the Airbnb at night and were greeted by Ng who went out of his way to provide us with dinner so that we can have a restful first night after flying in. The place is very spacious and had everything we wanted and needed during our stay. The space has a luxurious feel to it, with a great view of the Petronas towers. The living room and kitchen area were very nice, and the bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable. Location is great and so were the amenities. Fast working elevators in the building was also nice to have. Air conditioning worked well and bathroom shower had great pressure. We felt at home here and if we are ever in Kuala Lumpur again we will be sure to stay here again. Thank you, Ng!

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient! 1. Host was kind to let us check in early (1.30pm) and explained things very clearly. 2. Dual suite - 1 studio flat + the other one 1-bedroom apt. Both units have their own entrance but connected by one main door. 3. Clean - I was impressed at how spotless all the bedrooms & bathrooms were! Amenities were provided as listed in description. 4. Location - Ground Flr of Lucentia Residences connects to a parking lot, which then has a door. That door opens directly to Lalaport. Very easy to access Jaya Grocer convenience store & many restaurants. Also very quiet at night (no party or honking sounds heard) so light sleepers, you can sleep in peace every night! 5. Maybe can change the mini iron board to an iron board with stand. But we only used it 2x so not much of an issue. Also suggesting to include photos in the PDF guide / location of the mail room to return keys on check-out day. Other than that, overall very satisfied! Hope to come again in the future.

Our stay was great. Hannah's communication is the best and we knew exactly what to do. The recommendations were also nice and it was very helpfull to have Mr. Chuan as a taxi driver from the airport. I also would like to say that the room have everything that we needed, even bottled water ! The rooftop with the pool was a real plus. We went there everyday and it never was busy. Lalaport mall is just near, with a lot of restaurants :) A walking distance to Jalan Alor too. I recommend this stay !

Jerry was transparent and communicated well. The property existed in its own little space with restaurants, cafes and convenience stores while just being a brief walk from public transport although there is also a conveshuttle provided.
