Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Taman Desa

I have only thing to say - Elvin and Jas - are awesome. Don’t bother looking anywhere else. Just book this AirBnB and you will not regret. They are clear in their communication and proactive, kind and very assuring, always asking feedback if there is anything they can help me with. It is as what is advertised unlike my previous horrible AirBnB. You will not regret staying here. If I can give a 6 stars rating, I would. The next time I’m back in KL and Bangsar South, I will definitely be staying here.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient! 1. Host was kind to let us check in early (1.30pm) and explained things very clearly. 2. Dual suite - 1 studio flat + the other one 1-bedroom apt. Both units have their own entrance but connected by one main door. 3. Clean - I was impressed at how spotless all the bedrooms & bathrooms were! Amenities were provided as listed in description. 4. Location - Ground Flr of Lucentia Residences connects to a parking lot, which then has a door. That door opens directly to Lalaport. Very easy to access Jaya Grocer convenience store & many restaurants. Also very quiet at night (no party or honking sounds heard) so light sleepers, you can sleep in peace every night! 5. Maybe can change the mini iron board to an iron board with stand. But we only used it 2x so not much of an issue. Also suggesting to include photos in the PDF guide / location of the mail room to return keys on check-out day. Other than that, overall very satisfied! Hope to come again in the future.

The unit is clean and comfortable. The only thing is that there is only one rubbish bag provided, which could not be enough for few days stays. Overall the stay is good and satisfied. Thanks!

We have stayed there twice and love the place and location. The accommodation has everything that was stated on the advertisement. It was very central to mid valley mall and other big malls and lots of eating places nearby. Accommodation had all the amenities that was specified.

We rented a 2-bedroom apartment (29 May - 01 June 25) and had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great home away from home. A special mention goes to Mr. Tony for his outstanding customer service. Due to a flight delay, we arrived very late—just before 4:30 AM—but he was still incredibly responsive and accommodating. His professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our experience. I would definitely recommend this listing to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The listing is very fun for kids. Host provides lots of towel, but it’s more comfortable to bring your own. As for food, you’ll need to order food delivery as there’s no walkable shops. Remember to bring floaties for kids if they want to swim, there’s no kids pool. But the amenities of the condo are new and in good condition.

The apartment was great. Location is perfect and walking distance from China Town, Jalan Alor street market, and other popular places in KL. Around the corner you can find supermarkets and decent restaurants. The residence is great, with nice swimming pools and rooftops. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and had everything you need, especially with children. Winnie was easily reachable via message for all kinds of questions. Thanks again!

Thank you for a wonderful place, my mom and whole family loved it!!! Each of us has our own room, which is that was the main reason I choose this place other than the decoration.

Suhana was a wonderful host and her place is exactly as listed. We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. We rented her place as a neutral ground to meet future in-laws and I couldn't have asked for a better setting. There were plenty of plates etc to entertaining a breeze and because the house felt like a 'home', it helped make everyone feel relaxed and at ease. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Taipan area, yet quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt— our host Fook Khiang were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Aaron was very helpful throughout our visit. Recommended places for us to go, helped with check in etc. Went above expectations for a host I would say. Also very well kept place! Very clean. The mattress/beddings were very comfortable as well. Very reliable and friendly host. Would definitely recommend staying here especially for families.

We had a great stay at Andrews place it was better a better location than we thought, the view from the apartment with the Petronas Towers in full view was spectacular

All is good, enjoyed our stay here. There’s a supermarket below, easy to get groceries and other shops. Only problem is the access to apartment to the shops…. Otherwise it is all good.

This Airbnb is a unit in a larger hotel. Great option for those who want a more apartment style place to stay at vs. a typical hotel room. Master bedroom is large with large closet space; second bedroom is smaller without a view but still spacious enough for 1-2 people. Like most homes in this part of the world, there is no carpeting and you may want to consider indoor slippers. Host arranged for the housekeeper to meet with us upon entry and he walked us through how to access the unit and addressed any questions we had in person. Housekeeper gave us his number and was very responsive. There were some areas that were less clean ie corners of bathroom but this was minor and the space overall was great. Amazing views from the master bedroom and main living area. Small kitchenette but included everything we needed. Host also provided powdered laundry detergent which was helpful because it meant we didn’t have to buy our own. No full length mirrors in the unit.

I loved it so much I’ve been here twice! Host was amazing, the unit has everything you need in it (including a work room!) and they also have free parking. Breakfast is also great because they have HWC Coffee - opens as early as 8AM.

Everything is as described, the explanations for the interview are quite clear and communication is effective. Thank you for hosting us.

We are a family of 4 adults and we really enjoyed our stay. Kevin & Mimi are super helpful and responsive hosts. The condo is connected to the mega mall so is easy to buy daily supplies and dine around . You could even push d shopping trolley back to d condo lobby collection point! Very safe security . The apartment is sparkling clean and they have very sufficient amenities : Such as kitchen utensils ( we have experienced otherwise before). Towels and bed quilts are like hotel standards . Beautiful dining table and comfortable chairs. Thanks Kevin & Mimi. We will definitely come back to this Condo when we are in KL again .
