Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Tama Ward

We loved our two stays at Hide and Ayas . The flat had everything we needed and was pretty spacious by Tokyo standards. It was so well located in our favourite neighbourhood of Koenji . It was super easy to get to the station and so many great places to eat and vintage shopping galore . We would not hesitate to stay again !

Ko and Yuko’s apartment is clean and stylish. With very warm and accommodating hosting, it made us relax in full and being able to rest well after day schedules. In addition, they are both very kind and nice. I felt so blessed to meet them over this trip as new and wonderful friends. In any future occasion coming to Tokyo, I will always look for the their offerings as priority choice! To Ko and Yuko, thanks again for having us. We deeply appreciate your hearts and effort behind the scene!

Tanaka is an incredible host, and everything is exactly as described. We (2 total) stayed at this Airbnb for 4 nights, and have absolutely zero regrets. The unit is compact, but very well thought out, with everything having a place and extremely well laid out. The neighborhood is also top notch. While definitely on the more expensive side in terms of restaurants, you can also find places serving great meals at affordable prices. About a 7 minute walk from the metro, and very easy to get around should you be exploring other neighborhoods. If you’re looking for a quiet but convenient neighborhood with great shopping/restaurant options, this is your place. Lastly, Tanaka was beyond helpful. She went above and beyond in so many ways, from recommendations on where to eat, activities, luggage assistance, and even laundry, which is such a huge help (especially as you’re coming to the end of a trip). 10/10 - so happy we found this place and will certainly rebook on our next visit!

The Airbnb was really the best out of all the places we stayed at! The neighborhood was really peaceful and the nearest shops, metro stations and convenience stores were about 5-10 minutes by foot. It was really cozy and has everything you need. We felt so comfortable during our stay and we definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

It is a beautiful compact house in a lovely neighbourhood. The house is well designed and has lovely details, including a pretty roof terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the city with a drink. Metro is nearby. Don’t miss the Institute of Nature Study nearby, it is open to the public. Kan is a great host!

居住環境很好，寧靜清幽，整間居所乾淨企理，符合期望。行 1 分鐘就到地鐵站，附近有便利店與一些商舖，十分便利。 只是道路入口較窄，不太適合自駕。租 7 人車的話需要另找停車場；幸好附近有停車場，只需要 3~4 分鐘步行就可以。 整體十分滿意。

Das Haus von Masaki war super eingerichtet, die Küche hatte einen kleinen Grill, zur Begrüßung hatte sie uns sogar Bier und Ginger ale in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Darüber haben wir uns nach der langen Reise sehr gefreut! Das Haus war riesig mit Sitzsäcken und Sofa, ein schöner Esstisch mit gutem Licht, wir haben uns sehr wohl fühlen. Direkt am Haus war ein Fußweg zum Park, ohne Autos. Der Park hatt einen See und man konnte am Fluss entlang spazieren. Zur Fußgängerzone waren es nur 15 Minuten, mit vielen Restaurants und Läden. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Honestly, it’s a perfect deal. House is exactly like in photos. Bright, clean, fully stacked with everything you need. Loved the first floor window to be opened and have late evening munchies while watching people pass by. And on top of it all- quiet, beautiful neighborhood to explore. Close to either Shimokitazawa or Shibuya. We’ll def book it again when we’re back.

Our family of 7 had a great time here. The home has everything we needed and the location was nice. Kyoko sent the most thorough instructions ahead of time which we appreciated so much because it made it easy to know what to expect and when we got to the front door getting in was a breeze. The bedrooms had nice clean sheets, fluffy pillows, and everyone in our group talked about how well they slept in the beds. We never really used the downstairs area because everything we needed was on the main floor but it was convenient to have a private space down there with a separate shower and toilet. I liked how easy it was to open the windows and doors to let the fresh air in and to step outside. The laundry was great, the appliances were all easy to use. It's a cozy home and it has everything you might need for a short stay while exploring the city. Plenty of hot water too and lots of places to plug in to charge phones etc. It's rare to find such a unique accommodation; recommend 100%.

Amazing house! Everything was arranged perfectly. House is very clean and near to the station which link you directly to most popular places so easily! Also the host was very helpful whenever needed and polite . Definitely i will consider it for my next coming to Tokyo!!👍🏻👍🏻

Alex’s house offers enjoyable accommodation and is located in a great part of Tokyo. Hiro-o is a welcoming neighborhood with a great range of cafes and restaurants. The local train station is nearby, offering easy access to the rest of Tokyo.

the location was very good, close to stations and convenience stores. The building had no elevator though.

Fantastic place and so close to the train station which we could use the Tokyo Metro Pass with! Lockers are available for luggage storage should guests arrive before check in time!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

This is a vibrant area, with so many great cafes, shops etc and easy to get to other parts of Tokyo by train. The apartment has everything you need, very generous hosts. Easy checkin and good communication.
