Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tallebudgera

Extremely grateful to Tony for organising the house at the last minute for my birthday getaway. The photos truly don’t do it justice — the experience is so much more than we expected. The vast mountains surrounding the property are absolutely magical. Every detail in the house is simple yet thoughtfully chosen, creating a cosy and unique atmosphere. The story behind the house is incredible — we could really feel the love and effort that went into building it. So grateful that Tony opened his doors for others to experience this special place. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Sutton Lodge. Spacious, welcoming and with everything you need and more. Positioned within walking distance to Curtis Falls and the Gallery Walk. Beautiful house in tranquil surroundings. Highly recommend!

Josh! What a beautiful home you have! We had the most magical stay with so much room to move indoors and outdoors. The sheer amount of windows made me feel like I was outside even when I was sipping on tea and reading a book under the covers. We made some many delicious meals in the kitchen and adored the local produce, pasta and meat a few minutes down the road at The Barn. Although the spa was unfortunately not working during our stay, the bathtub beside the home was a great substitute. The sauna high up on the property truly allowed us to be among the tree tops and that view is no joke. Your home, felt like my home very quickly after I arrived and that says so much to me as a guest about the time and intention you put into making the feel welcome. I appreciated your communication along the way as it allowed me to feel like any troubles I may have stumbled across could be shared. I can’t wait to come again in the future 🤗

Beautiful home and great that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Especially lovely that it is a short stroll to the Botanic Gardens. Beautiful!

We had such a wholesome and peaceful time with friends here. The view was beautiful with lots of different birds spotted. The indoor fireplace was so cosy and warm, and the outdoor yard area was perfect for yard games and drinks. The beds were super comfy too!

We had a lovely 3 day stay with our 3 generation family group for our daughters wedding at a nearbyTamborine venue. The home was a great location, peaceful and quiet. The kids loved the pool and the kitchen was very well equipped. The home is spacious throughout and furniture Is quality. It ticked all the boxes and would definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful and great facilities and gorgeous Cottage that was thoughtfully set up to maximize enjoyment and comfort. The host really thought of everything. The beautiful rainforest setting was maximized with the decor and perfectly positioned hot tub. Absolute serenity.

We always enjoy our annual trip to Hayden’s place at Sky Lodge. Usually we book the studio apartment but this time we booked the one bedroom apartment and we had the best time. Unbeatable views and great amenities. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and spacious lounge area and soaking in the stunning views. Kitchen was ample to be able to cook anything we needed to. Great communication and flexibility with early check in provided. We will be back again next year.

Very close to the beach and much more spacious than we expected. The kitchen is very well appointed. We walked to the beach, Tallebudgera creek and Burleigh Heads to enjoy the nature. It was also really handy having two sets of keys. Parking was a bit tricky at times but I think that’s the case most places in the area. I would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

This apartment was a great stay. Even though the hotel itself is a little dated the apartment is far from that. Very nicely renovated and is such a convenient location if wanting to embrace the full Gold Coast experience

I was so amazed when I arrived at this beautiful location. Vanessa is an amazing host who is very accommodating, she really went above and beyond. Amazing home for our 2 families of 10! Fantastic home in an ideal location ~ close to great cafes, restaurants and great beaches. The home was absolutely perfect with lots of added extras including pantry items, cleaning products, coffee pods and beach towels. The kids had an amazing time using the bikes, paddle boards and canoes left for us to use. Our host Keisha was extremely helpful and very quick in responding to our questions. We will definitely be back to visit! Thank you 😊

very clean and fresh inside out. close to everything but in a quite street with all the amenities you need. kids loved going to budds beach which is 50meters away! absolutely worth it. 5 stars.

We absolutely loved this place. Its set in a lovely tranquil setting in the wilderness with spectacular views of the mountains. The fitout of our retreat is modern and well planned and set out. The kitchen was fully functional, bed extremely comfortable with a beautiful deck looking out across the mountains which made the experience all the more relaxing. Graham was wonderful and accommodating. We can't wait to come back.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we booked, June was extremely communicative, quick to respond and very accommodating to our requests which made the whole process so smooth and welcoming. The property itself was absolutely stunning. It looked exactly like the photos, if not better. The villa was spotless, luxurious and incredibly spacious with gorgeous indoor and outdoor areas perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We especially loved the media room and the outdoor gazebo. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect retreat and having so much space meant everyone in our group was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with a big group. Would absolutely love to stay again!

This was a great affordable place for a family to stay and explore the Gold Coast. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, which is fine. We would go out exploring all day or to the Theme Parks and come back for a peaceful quiet swim and relax afterwards. It was great to be able to prepare our own food.

This was an amazing house in an ideal location, close to theme parks, restaurants, harbour town and has a beautiful pool. Lots of room for our family of 6 and Mel was an excellent host and communicated quickly, friendly and was really helpful. Although this is their home not a professional Air Bnb the house is very clean, inviting and clutter free when you arrive and doesn’t feel as though you are invading someone else’s space. Easy parking, entry and had everything we needed for a great 7 night stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home and we hope you felt assured we respected it and cared for it like our own. Bek, Melanie and kids.
