Very nice place and kind host! The place isn't very quiet (you can definitely hear other sounds/voices from nearby units or from outside the window, so if you need a reaaaally quiet place I wouldn't recommend this) but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Complete amenities, beautiful interior design, accessible, very cozy place to stay in.

The place really feels like your home. Nice ambiance and the smell of the place is so calming, it even makes me feel so relax and just staying in bed. 😍

Ms. Charm’s unit is absolutely stunning and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you could need. Set up as a condotel, it offers both comfort and convenience. It’s within walking distance of SM Mall, where you’ll find everything you need—from shopping essentials to a wide variety of dining options. The unit also includes a minibar stocked with snacks at a minimal cost, which is a nice added touch. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back! Also, Ms. Charm is a kind and responsive host, which made the stay even more enjoyable."

I highly recommend The Suites Escape because of the following reasons: It is peaceful yet affordable. The host is superb and easy to communicate with. The place is near a lot of go-to places: 5-8 minutes walk to Primemark (SM Hypermarket) 5-8 minutes walk to Chill at Wind 8 minutes away from Starbucks Hiraya 10 minutes away from Skyranch 10 minutes away from Mahogany Market 10-12 minutes away from Lourdes Church and Ayala Mall Overall, it is a place like home. The place was really cozy that matches its name. I had a nice rest despite of my busy activities. All are accessible specially transportation and place to buy your necessities. Its my 2nd time here at DZJ Suites and I highly recommend to everyone.

Great place to stay plus lots of things to do. Very near sa mga famous restaurants at malapit na grocery store. This room is spacious and king bed is a plus. Though I just realized, I'm not a fan of projectors esp. sa morning and afternoon kasi mahirap sya panoorin. However at night, all good naman at nice loud speaker din. The Host and Ate Tess is very responsive and helpful to all our needs. Hindi din sila mahirap kausap. I appreciate all their help and kindness. Thank you so much for sharing your place!

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

My family and I love the place. There are lots of spaces, the rooms are big enough for our 15 family members. We celebrated Christmas in this house and even had a few guests who stayed with us for the dinner. My most favorite corners are the 2 dining tables which are beside huge, glass windows overlooking the Taal Lake. It was foggy and drizzling but the view for me was still perfect. Thanks to Jay R who was very responsive and for allowing us to chek out at 3pm. Thanks also to Rek who was very helpful with our small requests. There was a hitch however, the housekeeper went inside and outside the property at any given time. She was very unlikeable. I’ll write the details in my private message for you. I just hope that she changes her attitude for the sake of making memorable moments in this beautiful place. Thank you very much!

-Anne's place looked exactly as it did in the photos. -House is inexpensive considering the number of rooms. -Located in a gated subdivision. -Accessible for GrabFood delivery riders. - Prompt; When we needed something, they were easy to reach. The owners were so kind and accommodating to our special requests. We really appreciate all the help. Your house was what we needed at that time - a simple place to rest and recharge so we can be nearer our family and relatives at that time. Again, thank you!

We had a wonderful time at John's place. My friend proposed on the deck, and it was both beautiful and romantic, with the stunning landscape as the perfect backdrop. The entire property is spacious—ideal for a large group like ours. John is also very responsive and considerate which we all appreciate. Thank you John 😊

The place was nice and cozy. My daughter loved the bunk bed. We enjoyed watching movies on Netflix and Apple TV. Overall, it's a great experience for me and my family.

We had a great time staying at Rissamae Edrise’s place. It’s the best spot if you want to rest and relax a bit after being busy at work and being busy preparing for this holiday season. We didn’t encounter any hassle booking this place considering that we just booked it midnight before our planned schedule, it felt like home and it’s a child-friendly unit. Will definitely go back! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space is both aesthetic and highly functional. While it is compact, everything is thoughtfully laid out and works perfectly—from the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and cookware, to the washer and dryer which were incredibly convenient during my stay. The sofabed is surprisingly comfortable, and the TV with the soundbar made for a great entertainment setup—I honestly didn’t want to leave! There was some unexpected maintenance happening on the floor during my visit, which the host wasn’t initially informed about by the building admin. However, the host was extremely responsive and quickly took action to address the situation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay and would definitely love to return in the future.
