The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

Jennifer and her team were excellent. They facilitated early check in and were very responsive to all our queries pertaining our stay. A beautiful villa indeed. Definitely would recommend to others without a doubt!

Великолепная вилла, идеальная чистота, все новое, все исправно, работает, много посуды разной, есть средства гигиены, зубные щетки и т п. Бассейн с чистейшей водой без хлорки. Хорошие кондиционеры. Во круг много кафе, массаж, магазины, обмен денег. До пляжа най харн очень близко на машине. Много пространства. Все продуманно до мелочей. Вокруг тихо. Хозяин очень дружелюбный и заботливый человек. Быстрое заселение. Всегда на связи. Готов прийти на помощь в течении 5 минут к вам. Много рекомендаций по развлечениям магазинам и кафе с ссылками на них. Мы при выселении оставили часы, хозяин заботливо отправил нам их доставкой. За что отдельное спасибо. Чувствовали себя как дома.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

We had a great stay in Benoit’s villa , we reserved the Van for pick up us from air-port also the other days of the trip, drivers are nice and the staff are friendly. When we have problems with using the bathroom they fixed it immediately. The villa looks extremely beautiful , just as the pics , we enjoy the villa so much.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Thailand . Very quiet location , amazing view, villa itself amazing. High ceilings give that feeling of space and air. Nice swimming pool ! Loved the bathtub , it’s important for me. On the roof you can make picture of sunset 🌄which is really impressive. Villa is very clean, owner was very welcome 🌺I highly recommend for private rest and recharge . Or spend time with your loved ones

Ein echter Geheimtipp in Phuket! Mitten in der Stadt und doch so ruhig – eine kleine, grüne Oase mit liebevoll gestaltetem Garten und wunderschönem Pool. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gaben uns tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge. Mit Grab oder Bolt ist man ruckzuck in der Altstadt – ideal gelegen! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Dame, die die Übergabe gemacht hat. Kameras zur eigenen Sicherheit vorhanden. Leider aber auch im Poolbereich. Aber auf Anfrage und Wunsch wurden die Kameras von dem Poolbereich weggedreht, wodurch die Privatsphäre geschützt wurde. Das Nachbarhaus hat eine Kamera, die etwas in den Sitzbereich am Pool aufnehmen kann. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber konnte uns auch eine gute Vermietung für ein Auto empfehlen. Die Lage ist allerdings etwas „außerhalb“. Man bräuchte ein Auto oder ein Scooter. Grab/Taxi ist natürlich auch eine Option. Vielen Dank für alles.

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Very proferssional, great communication. Place was lovely and clean and a pleasure to stay in. Coming from a bad experience in Patong, i'm very happy to have stayed here. Secure little area with a gate to the property and to the complex. Completely forgot about the jacuzzi and was a lovely suprise. Plenty of towels, plenty of space. And a cute cat that came to say hi one night. Cleaners and host were pleasant and polite.

My wife and I had an incredible two-week stay at this beautiful property. The host was exceptionally friendly, communicative and made us feel so welcome from the start. The place was spotless—exactly like the photos—and felt brand new, thanks to housekeeping who does a very nice job. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area was a standout—well-equipped with loungers, a patio table, and beanbag chairs. We used this beautiful pool more than usual! The sunrise and views were stunning every day. The area is quiet, safe, and secure—a perfect private paradise with gorgeous, vibrant landscaping. Highly recommend! We stayed at David's villa for 2 weeks, it was a really peaceful place, nothing disturbed us during the whole time. The villa was super clean: bed linen was changed twice a week, and the pool was cleaned twice a week too. Electricity and water are included in the price (in Thailand they are often not included and you have to pay extra for them when you check out). I also want to say a special thanks to Goi, the housekeeper, she's so kindhearted, she was helping us with everything, answered any questions we asked, and was always on touch if we had any problem or question. Huge thanks to her <3

С 1февраля- 16марта снимали кондо в Паттайе Southpoint! Хозяин встретил отлично, доброжелательно! Квартира чистая, светлая, все для комфортного проживания имеется! Вид отличный, как заказывали! Единственный минус- нет рядом автомата с водой, но хозяин поставил для нас на ресепшене кулер, за что ему огромное спасибо! Нам все понравилось! С удовольствием вернулись бы опять!

The Bungalow is spacious and is equipped with everything you might need and more. The location is unbeatable, right on the Ao Yon beach. It’s also very private with your own parking spot. Michael is a very friendly and proactive host. A great experience which I will definitely want to repeat someday

We had such a great time staying at this villa. It’s big, beautifully designed, and perfect for a big family or group of friends. Everything was super clean, and the master bedroom (especially the bathroom) was really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we loved having a big TV and fast internet for when we just wanted to chill. The private pool was amazing—we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa because it was so nice. The location is also super convenient: easy to find, only about 10 minutes from the beach, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Oleg was a great host—very responsive and helpful. He gave us lots of good tips about places to eat and things to do around Phuket. We even got a little gift and a thank-you card, which was such a sweet touch. I actually started recommending this villa to my friends while we were still staying there—that’s how much we enjoyed it. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance to visit.

From before even entering Thailand the communication with the staff was impeccable! They were very informative and even arranged an airport pickup transfer. The accommodation is as wonderful as it is presented in the images. The area the accommodation is located in is very relaxing and as a first timer in Thailand it just felt perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who’s planning a trip to Phuket! The staff are very welcoming and treat you with the upmost respect.

Nammon is a great host. She is responsive, friendly & considerste with your needs. The place has almost everything you need. What we liked was that the villa was spotless. We were surprised how clean the bathroom, pool & lawn areas were. The place gives you a sunset view, a panaromic greenery view & a peaceful surrounding. We were in love with this place the moment we stepped in & we are sure so will you. Definitely a must visit if you looking for an isolated peaceful green surrounding.
