Nice and clean apartment in the center of Patong. Close to night life and in a walking distance to the beach. Good wi-fi. Changing towels and cleaning every two days

It was very pleasant staying at Monika’s place . It was very clean and well maintained . All Things in right place . She was always responsive to message . Highly recommended to other guests

Нам оказалось не совсем легко найти, но не смотря на это место и само Ольга очень классное особенно, если вы с ребенком все рядом рестораны, магазины и самое главное тихо и спокойно бассейн подойдут для детей любого возраста мне очень все правда понравилось я вновь вернусь спасибо 🙏

Die Wohnung ist in einer guten Lage. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön & Aree war jederzeit und sehr schnell erreichbar.

Everything was as described. Clean, modern, and well furnished with everything one needs to get a good stay in Phuket. Owners live very close by, and are quick to answer in case of any problems or doubts. Would definitely stay here again!

Жилье имеет отличное расположение. Квартира просторная и светлая, свой паркинг, достаточно большой бассейн, есть нормальный спортзал. Хозяева отличные, всегда были на связи и отвечали на любые вопросы. Персонал на территории апартаментов работает каждый день: охрана, бассейн чистят, берут пробы и тд, проводят влажную уборку в зоне спа (но мы так и не застали время, когда этот спа работает). Сама квартира очень фотогеничная, но в жизни видно, что пожившая, несмотря на старания. Мебель в хорошем стостоянии, а вот стены, пол, шкафы вот-вот потребуют замены. Так же не хватает мелочей вроде стаканчиков для зубных щеток в ванной, мыла на первое время и всего такого. Нам предложили забрать нужные вещи на следующий день после заезда из их комнаты хранения, но к тому моменту мы уже купили все сами. Так же хотелось бы, чтобы уборка хотя бы раз в неделю была включена в проживание.

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Дом был очень уютным и чистым, с современным ремонтом и всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Расположение тоже отличное: в шаговой доступности магазины, кафе и море. Хозяева очень отзывчивые и всегда были готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Я чувствовал себя как дома и с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет комфортное и приятное место для проживания!

JM a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif dès notre arrivée. Il nous a accueilli dès notre sortie du taxi et a su répondre à toutes nos questions concernant les alentours. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu avoir de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour les visites. Endroit paisible où il y fait bon vivre au coeur de la nature. La villa correspond entièrement à sa description et elle est très spacieuse. Je recommande JM et ses villas à toute personne qui souhaitera réserver ici.

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Der Check-In war einfach und schnell. Die Rezeptionisten waren super hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch größer als Sie auf den Fotos aussieht, insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt!

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!

Per and Sirilak are by far the most welcoming hosts I’ve had — and I’ve done quite a few trips through Airbnb. Communication was great from start to finish. They helped us arrange the airport transfer and kindly allowed both early check-in and late check-out. The apartment itself is lovely, well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything during our stay. Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!

Gleich beim Betreten der Unterkunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und schön. Das Gym war sehr sauber. Die Pools verfügen über genügend Liegen. Wenn man keine Lust aufs Kochen oder Rausfahren hat, kann man sich das Essen ganz einfach und mit großer Auswahl liefern lassen. Man kann einfach und sicher die Motorräder vor der Rezeption abstellen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Unterkunft schon vielen empfohlen.
