This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. For more information, please see the JAPAKU website, Google Maps, Instagram, etc. 　 Alcohol and a large delivery box are installed at the entrance. We are currently flexible with pricing for long-term stays, so please let us know. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 01, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

There are two bed rooms on the second floor. One double bed (1-2 persons) + other Tatami room with double bed (1-2 persons). We have 2 extra single mattress bed each room. The location is excellent. It is hardly a 5 minute walk to Shin osaka station. There are lots of shop and restaurants nearby the house. There was only one minor inconvenience. The floors were really squeaky, once our kid slept even tip toing didn’t help to prevent the noise from walking on floor. But as she slept like a log after tiring day it didn’t wake her up. Even the kitchen chairs etc seemed a bit outdated and were a bit loose and squeaky. There is only one bathroom and one western toilet.

Mai was such a kind and responsive host!She stopped by on our last night to say hi. Location is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but easy to get there. 5 min walk to Korien station, 1 min walk to 7/11, 6-10 min walk to supermarket (life), don Quijote, and many restaurants. Wouldn’t stay if traveling with elderly or people w/ poor balance as the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep (there are rails).Very clean and comfortable. Water temperature easily adjustable and can be very hot! Tub was a bit short couldn’t lie down. Umbrellas were provided. Overall, we stayed 5 nights and loved it :) would 1000% recommend

We really loved this home. Cozy, Japanese style with modern ammenities nicely integrated into the house style. Neighborhood was very nice. Quiet alleway separated the busy (but still small feel) Fushimi-Inari tourist spot. Host was also great to communicate with and very helpful. Overall, would highly recommend and made ourKyoto stay very memorable.

It was a great stay at Otahouse! It was perfectly clean, very tidy and cool with the dinosaur’s decoration! The location was great, so close to the station. Parking was paid on the parking spots along the street, but that was expected for an AirBnB in the city. The quality of beds and futons were superb! The kitchen was basic, so if you intend to cook (rice cooker, bigger pot/pan), maybe bring some extra gear. But it had the basics definitely! Thank you very much! We had a lovely time in Kadoma!!!

It's easy to get to from JR Woji Station. It was comfortable to stay with the kids. There's a grocery store nearby, so it's okay to buy a simple meal. All the restaurants nearby were nice, and there were so many cafes that you could choose from. It was a good experience staying as a traveler. I want to visit again if I get the chance:)
