Cette location comprend l'une de nos cinq chambres privées pour 2 personnes avec balcon partagé donnant vue sur la mer, ainsi que le libre accès à notre cuisine réservée pour nos visiteurs, et ouverte sur le séjour. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle d'eau avec toilette, d'un climatiseur, d'un petit frigo et d'une machine à café. Les restaurants, les plages, les arrêts de bus sont à distance de marche. Nous pouvons fournir des transferts de et vers l'aéroport ou la jetée à un prix réduit ;)

South Side - Il Girasole just Romantic

A jewel of 60sqm with large bedroom and bathroom. The veranda overlooks the exotic garden Gazebo stone BBQ. Situated in S. Mahé on Intendance road which leads to the powdery white Intendance Beach 1Km long and turquoise blue seas - 15 mins walk or 5 mins by car. Gemma our reliable housekeeper works for us since 21 years, the caretaker Sohel sleeps at the property and guests can feel safe at all times. All rooms have aircon & safe. Bus stop is 5 mins away but we suggest a car rental.

The graceful villa is situated at the top of a hill with giant granite boulders as a natural border at the back. It is set in a beautiful landscape of tropical flowers and fruits and offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. Large balcony ribbons from the kitchen over the dining area across the living room to finish off at the master bedroom. The villa accommodates 6 persons. 3 separate bedrooms, with 3 separate bathrooms plus an additional outside shower overlooking the sea!
