A beautiful house with a beautiful setting. The communication with Tim and his father was very nice. Both responded quickly and are super nice. Tim came on his own with tips on a children's festival nearby. Our daughters loved it! The house is also very clean, furniture very neat and plenty of toys for the children. There was a camp bed for us for our youngest daughter, super nice! What we only missed and what we have given as a tip is a screen door by the sliding door. This is because there are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. We had done some damage in the house ourselves and they responded very nicely and didn't make a point. And then we haven't even mentioned the beautiful private garden with private lake. The food for the fish was ready and every morning we could fish with the fishing rods that were present. In short, a super house with super sweet owners. Tim and father, thank you for everything! We had a great time!

What a lovely place to stay! Simple and warm and clean And spectacular surroundings! We stayed here on our way from Italy to Bulgaria Martin was extremely hospitable and was extremely patient with us when we arrived late due to traffic and bad weather It's very close to the motorway (v convenient) but you cannot hear any traffic at all! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and I will stay here when I return

The view from the yard is amazing from the patio. The house is comfortable, spacious, well-equipped. Anyone who comes in the winter should use the wood stove in addition to the electric heater, but anyone who doesn't mind will have a real winter cottage feel. Hajni is very kind and helpful, I highly recommend it.

I wanted to share how truly wonderful our host Dora was during our stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. Whether it was providing helpful local tips or quickly addressing any request, her hospitality made our experience unforgettable. We felt truly cared for, and it made all the difference in our stay!

Very spontaneously, we needed a place to stay on our trip and Heiko and Katja's accommodation caught our eye, which looked very idyllic and cozy. Heiko responded quickly and was very solution-oriented and accommodating! The communication was a lot of fun, so we felt welcome and comfortable right away. I don't need to say anything about the ambience, it's in a class of its own and must be seen! Incredible feeling there in nature with a very very charming and cozy dwelling! The hosts are so likeable that we would have preferred to continue to deal with them and spend time with them. The stay is highly recommended, we will come back with our friends!

We had an amazing and relaxing stay! The layout was cozy and comfortable, and the whirlpool was the highlight of our visit – perfect for unwinding. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained.

Comfortable, large house, fully equipped, perfect for 4 people. The host was kind, communicative, accommodating, responsive. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, aside of everything. The only drawback is that you have to drive to entertainment, shopping, or a restaurant. We were very satisfied with the accommodation.

We went hiking with kids for the weekend. It's in a very nice location, close to several hiking trails. Better restaurants in the neighborhood. The kids loved the hot tub. :) It's handy to have a bath outside (there was no shower outside because of the cold). We were satisfied with everything.
