Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα ένα ζευγάρι με δυο παιδία Διαθέτει μικρη κουζίνα για την προετοιμασία ενός απλού γεύματος. Η θέση του οικήματος είναι ιδανική. Οι πολυάριθμες παραλίες των Συβότων (Μπέλα Βράκα, Ντράφι, Μέγα Άμμος, Μικρή αμμος) απέχουν το πολυ πεντε λεπτά. Τα υπέροχα Καραβοστάσι και Αριλλα μόλις δέκαπεντε λεπτά και η Πάργα απέχει 25 λεπτά.
