Big and spacious house in Brgy. Lipata around 15 minutes from the City center, with a nice balcony and rooftop overlooking the coast. Host is responsive and hospitable, there were free coffee and fruits, slippers and toiletries provided. Towels could be better. Place is a bit old but clean. We had a great stay and value was definitely more than the cost of our stay.

We appreciate that Maam Sheila (and her family) for picking us up at the port. Very responsive to all our inquiries and tour us around the Cagdianao town. The room, bathroom and the dining area is very clean. It has aircon in the room and in the dining area. Near crispy king and a walking distance to white beach. The security door and emergency light is also commendable. Overall, We really enjoyed our stay. Very thankful for accomodating us.

Great Stay Steps from Surigao Farmers Market! Our stay at Jeffrey’s place in Surigao City was wonderful! The house is just right outside from the Farmers Market on the weekend making it super convenient to grab fresh produce and explore local food stalls. The location is also close to the city center, with easy access to tricycles for getting around. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, strong Wi-Fi, and comfy beds—perfect for our group of three. Jeffrey was an excellent host, quick to respond, and provided helpful tips for nearby attractions like Mabua Pebble Beach and Siargao Island. The only small issue was occasional noise from the street, but it didn’t bother us much. Overall, a great home base for exploring Surigao, and we’d happily stay again! Thank you, Jeff!
