Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Suminoe Ward

We stayed as a group of 8 and really enjoyed our stay. The living area was big enough for everyone to hang out. The location made it easy to get to transit with Minamikata station a 10m walk and Shin-Osaka 20m. And 7-11 right next door was great. We did have an issue with internet on the upper floors when we first got there, but Tatsu was able to come out and fix it in a few days.

If you are traveling to Osaka in a large group and looking for a place to stay, this one is the place to be. You will be impressed by its ample space, cleanliness and convenience. The only issue with this place is that none of the bedrooms has been equipped with curtains, so I find it difficult to rest after the sunrise.

Very nice and cosy place, so peaceful surrounding and walkable from Tengashaya station, nankai line. Perfect with my gang as 6 pax. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets that’s enough and comfortable. The host is so friendly and supportive. We are so impressed for welcome snacks and drinks that the host arranged for us. We will go back again for next Osaka trip. Highly recommended ‼️

Sparkling clean and spacious stay! Extremely helpful host ensuring a smooth check in and check out process. Just within 15mins walking distance from train station. Will definitely recommend this place!

Our family of 6 had a great stay and would happily return. The place is large and comfortable, filled with lots of helpful extras and supplies. Everything worked well and it had a homey feel. It's less than a block away from a somewhat busy street so you will hear a little traffic noise, but it did not bother me and I'm pretty noise-sensitive. Host was wonderful with enabling an early check-in. We also rented a near-new house in the same neighborhood but liked Shino's place better.

It is a nice place to stay if you are in Osaka. It's near the train station and market. Lot's of food and easy to access. The guest house is very convenient and clean with many beds. The host also very responsive and helpful. It was a great experience staying here.

It is a clean airbnb, convenient for traveling, shopping, and traveling to the train. It is suitable for families. Importantly, there are many bedrooms, bathrooms, and showers that are well separated. There are many amenities.

The place was great! I LOVED that every room had a bathroom and shower! That was amazing for us. The family mart was very close. I’d suggest staying on the main roads to get to the trains. The rooms were great! I do wish there were more towels. I loved that the washer had a 54min quick wash and easily able to dry clothes on the balcony. The showers always felt amazing. The check in and checkout process is super easy and simple. The one thing that surprised us was the very narrow and steep stairs to get to each floor. Otherwise, each room was very spacious! Thank you!

民宿位置非常好，比邻商店街，距离地铁站3分钟的距离，JR也可步行到达。附近还有一家唐吉坷德。我们两个三口之家住的很舒适，卫生环境也很好。另外还要特别感谢房东。入住期间，我在心斋桥掉了个皮夹并到附近警署报案，回国后两天就收到房东的联系告知我的皮夹被人捡到了，之后房东还帮忙特地前往警署领回，在回国期间帮我人肉带回来。一下子让我对日本的好感度拉满，下次来大阪还会选择他们家的民宿！

The host for this Airbnb is very responsive and helpful. She provided some snacks on table and in refrigerator, which was very helpful since we had not gone to convenient store yet. She had the unit stocked with toiletries if we had needed. The down side to the unit would be the stairs, if someone has any type of disability the stairs would be quite difficult, there are a lot and very narrow winding steep stairs . Showers are on bottom floor of the three floors. No sink on third level, only toilet. This could potentially pose a problem for someone. We made it work, but could be quite difficult for others. Please read house rules very carefully. Host was gracious enough to let us leave our luggage at front door after our check out, that really helped since check out was at 10:00am and our flight did not depart until 5:55. Kansai airport is about 45 -50 min drive from Airbnb without traffic. Train station family mart & mega Donkey Quijote were all in same corner only 5-7 min walk. :)

Great deal for those with large groups visiting Osaka! The Castle is very spacious and clean in both the individual rooms and the shared spaces, we had 11 people and there was still plenty of space. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but still within a 10/15 min walk to two metro stations that can take you anywhere you’re going in the city. There are also many shops and restaurants within walking distance, including a 7/11 right around the corner! Overall great experience at this location.

As Americans we were mostly here to see the Peace Park and other things associated with the WW2 atrocity. This place is perfectly situated for that, as it is directly across from the park, and a short stroll to the Dome. Highly recommended.

我们一行七大两小开启为期一周的大阪自由行，到了民宿后有种家的味道，两个小家伙玩的很开心. 房间设施齐全，方便做饭洗衣.周边配套有丰富，超市、便利店和药店都有（超市和药店在同一层）从民宿走过去五分钟，很方便. 步行到最近的今宫JR也只需五分钟左右，去其他商圈都蛮快的. 这趟大阪之行很开心，下次还会再来，房东小姐姐回复很及时，人很nice.

It was organized and tidy; with ample amenities that made our stay comfortable. We brought two cars; one parked at the house and another one was parked near the house (paid carpark). It was convenient for us since we arrived at night. The house was also located in a very cosy neighbourhood, so it was so pleasing to the eyes. A recommended stay 👍🏼
