We had a fantastic stay and the apartment was perfect; the view out over the square just lovely. The hosts communications spot on and if I had a question their response was so prompt. All of the check in/out instructions very clear. The location perfect, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well supplied. We would definitely book it again- Porto is amazing!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos. We had planned to do several day trips but the property was so lovely that we didnt want to go anywhere else. Wonderful, helpful hosts as well. We hope to return!

Extremely charming and comfortable. A wonderful stay. This host treated us as if we were family coming for a visit with complete instructions and restaurant recommendations and a spotless environment. The apartment is very, very comfortable and attractive. All of the previous reviews capture the nice neighborhood, the ability to stay out of the fray of tourists, the lovely entry area with daily treats, the kindness of the hosts, and the real sensation you are enjoying all Porto had to offer. Our stay was lovely, relaxing and everything was in perfect order. In addition, I was able to shop close by and prepare meals in the excellent kitchen. A memorable and positive environment. They have worked hard to earn their reviews and it shows. (The extra bathroom is a real plus.) I would return here again and again.

Dajas Douro Valley was perhaps more beautiful than the photos! It was the perfect place to relax between adventures in Lisbon and Porto. We especially loved spending time by the pool by day and cozying up with a bottle of wine by the fire pit by night. Alexandra and Tatiana were very welcoming. A few tips for future guests: The property is nestled in the hillside which means it is at least 20 minutes from towns/restaurants. We rented a car which was helpful for exploring nearby areas, but be prepared for many narrow, steep and winding roads! We found that Waze gave better directions (less rustic) than Google maps. We also wished we had stopped at a grocery store to stock up on some food for our villa before arriving. I also recommend booking reservations at local wineries as we didn’t have much luck just showing up (midweek at least). My husband and I would absolutely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a hidden paradise. The place is absolutely stunning: remote, peaceful, and breathtakingly beautiful. The house itself is very cosy and comfortable, with a spacious bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great outdoor barbecue that worked perfectly for us. However, the real charm is in the outdoor areas. Not only did we have a waterfall right at the doorstep, we were also able to enjoy a natural pool just for ourselves. The sound of the water, the refreshing swims in the river, the clean air... it all created a sense of peace that’s hard to put into words. Truly revitalizing. Alex was the perfect host: kind, helpful, and communicative, while also giving us complete privacy and space to enjoy. Super easy to talk to and made everything smooth from start to finish. Trust me, this one is a real gem. We already can't wait to come back!

The most fantastic stay, we will definitely be back! The location and accommodation was even better than the photos and the host and staff were so friendly and approachable. The views from the entire place were fantastic. A very private and peaceful stay, and the breakfast baskets were very generous, full of fresh fruit, bread etc. We did a wine tasting on the vineyard and it was so reasonably priced and great wine. There was also a lovely peacock and cat that roamed the vineyard and came to say hello on occasion. Both pools were fantastic! Thank you for a really memorable holiday 🥰.

We had a pleasant stay in this stylish wooden house. The decor is very practical and thoughtful, and the views of the Douro and the surrounding villages are unique! The host team was extremely communicative, informative, friendly and accommodating. Self check-in worked perfectly. We were made to feel very welcome and well cared for. Thank you so much!
