Spacious nordic living in rural surroundings

Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

Dejligt, familievenligt hus med stor have

Skønt hus omgivet af vinmarker med dejlige værelser, stort køkken og vild have med trampolin, svævebane og gynge. Der er brændeovn, plads til mange om det store plankebord og rig mulighed for både at slappe af i sofaen, i karbadet eller spille badminton i haven og brætspil i stuen. Der er soveværelser, børneværelse med dinosaur-seng og gæsteværelse med ro i stuen. Vi bruger huset som fritidshus med vores børn og byder alle som har lyst til at have det familiært og rart velkomne.

Sunset Lodge is a lovely Danish summer house with a large wooden terrace. Newly renovated in 2024, 97 m2. Enjoy direct sea view from the terrace/living room! Sunset Lodge is a newly renovated holiday home with a unique location. Here there is a direct view of the waters north of Falster with a view to Farø, Bogø and Møn. The sunset over the Farø Bridge is absolutely uniquely beautiful. Ore Strandpark has a private bathing beach with jetty a few minutes' walk from Sunset Lodge.

Probably it is not the most beautiful house in the town, but it offers plenty of space and a cozy stay for a family or a group upto 6 persons. It is ideal for a an overnight stay if you plan to take the ferry between Rødbyhavn and Puttagarden. It is also ideal for a cozy family vacation. The property is located in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood - just 3 kms from the Lalandia water park. Working individuals who usually stay longer find the place quite relaxing and peaceful.

Hus i 2 plan, med dejlig stor have, i skøn lille landsby. Indretningen er i 60er 70er stil, med mange sjove ting fra dengang. Med 3 opholdsrum er der plads til at være sammen, og hver for sig, samt 4 soveværelser med senge og siddeplads i de 3 værelser , og kun seng i det sidste. . Masser af brætspil, og flere have spil. Der er 2,5 km til dejlig stor skov, som går ud til kysten hvor der er skøn strand, der ikke er overrendt, der er Ca 4 km fra boligen.
