Mooie vrijstaande gezinsvilla nabij Amsterdam

Ruime vrijstaande villa met grote zonnige tuin rondom het huis. Ons huis is echt een paradijs in het charmante dorp Abcoude onder de rook van Amsterdam. Ons huis ligt in het oude centrum en je loopt zo naar winkels en restaurants. In onze tuin vind je een oase van rust. Fruitbomen, gras om te spelen of rusten, lounge en eetplekken in de schaduw en een riviertje met zwemsteiger voor de deur zorgen voor verkoeling. Met 4 slaapkamers en een grote luxe badkamer is ons huis geschikt voor families.

Beautiful 6p villa, 200m2 near Utrecht

Rustige kindvriendelijke buurt, met een groot voetbal/ speelplein op 2 minuten lopen. De rivier de Vecht loopt van Utrecht naar Amsterdam en ligt op 100 meter. De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.
