Wonderful villa with a good location for everyone

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. There is plenty for children and adults who just want to relax, enjoy the beach or laze in the garden. The house has three beds, two regular double beds and a bunk bed for children. The bunk beds measure 90 * 180 each. Otherwise, the house has kitchen, living room, playroom, large driveway, large wooden terrace with various furniture arrangements, gas grill, swimming pool (for children) 2 * 3 * 0.8 meters. S-train to Copenhagen and shopping with more about 4-5 minutes walk from the house.

A single-story villa features a combination of wooden and stucco exterior walls, creating a harmonious look. The front door is adorned with a decorative diamond-shaped window, and planters with flowers add a touch of greenery. A gravel pathway leads to the entrance.

Wonderful house 500 meters from the beach and bird sanctuary

Relax with your family in this peaceful home. There's room for coziness, cooking, and indoor board games. Garden with trampoline and possibility to sleep in a small cabin in the garden. Light up the grill on our lovely terrace, it is possible to extend the evening by turning on the patio heater. Remember mosquito repellent. The beach is a small walk of 7 min from the house 2 min walk to S-train connection 35 min to Copenhagen Central Station. It is possible to charge an electric car ( type 2).

It has room for relaxation and expression. The home has many options indoors and outdoors. You can easily get to the beach, which is child-friendly. You can easily get to the old town of Køge with the cozy square and the many old houses. Copenhagen is only 45 minutes away by car or train. You can here a holiday that can meet all needs. Ideal for one or more families who need everything to go smoothly and nicely. It is possible to purchase more places to stay.

In the middle of Sjælland with 40 minutes to Copenhagen and 10 minutes from the famous Skovtårn is our artfully designed villa. It contains many square meters closer to 350 m2. In addition to 3 bathrooms on 3 different floors, there are 5 bedrooms - shared living spaces in the basement as well as large kitchen-living room. Below the house there is a natural swimming lake with an associated sauna so it is possible to have winter swimming with the saunagus.
