The house is a summerhouse, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a city with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and cinema. Nearest local restaurant is only 10 min from the house (on foot) . Nearest Supermarket is 5 min from the house by car. The house has a unique raised garden where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced in. There is a trampoline and a large lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

"Alex's cozy basement" is a newly renovated basement in the house where we live. With separate entrance. Lovely, bright and cozy cottage right down to the water and Rødvig's best beach. The house is located at the end of the road and therefore overlooks the water. The house is set back on the grounds and has a nice front yard and large backyard, so there's always an opportunity to find sun and shelter. The house is walking distance to Rødvig harbour with several good restaurants, ice cream houses, playgrounds and a very cozy and authentic atmosphere.
