Felt right at home and I would definitely rebook again. Mr. Denton of course was an amazing host and Delroy was accommodating and accessible at all times when I needed any kind of assistance.

Peaceful and comfortable, felt right at home for my quick trip to aTanelia's home. Willl definitely be visiting again for future trips.

We found this place nice place to stay in. Very tranquil. It was in the middle of a small community of Greenwood, which is about three minutes from the ocean.

This place is amazing, and I can see why you feel such enthusiasm about it!

The place was just as the photos portrayed, convenient to town central, safe, spacious and extremely clean. perfect for a family of 6. Excellent value. I highly recommend this Mandeville listing, you won't be disappointed.

Alles war perfekt! Das haus war perfekt eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es ist wie auf den Bildern und noch viel schöner. Es roch sehr angenehm und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Ein Pluspunkt gibt es für den Kühlschrank mit gefiltertem Wasser und Eiswürfel. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Veranda aus auf das Meer, der Garten war ebenfalls schön zum verweilen und mit Aussicht auf den Jungle. Janice war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Der Weg zum schönen Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar (20 min.) sowie zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Oder mit dem Auto (3 min) Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause :)

if your a private person, love mixing with the locals, then Attalia Villa is the place for you! the villa is well kept, the host is great "Miguel " ,professional, very prompt in replaying to your questions/ requests. Also thank you for allowing my request to have a fun filled birthday celebration, my group enjoyed the stay also. One thing though you are going to need a new trampoline, the one there is broken and needs to be thrown out. Darsie and Albert big up Y'all selves , great team Thank You

The property was absolutely beautiful. Juba and Brittany were extremely helpful and made delicious food. Khoren was a very responsive host. The location was very remote but we used local Treasure Tours for transportation to YS Falls and Jack Sprat. The water was warm and calm. We could see many fish from the balcony of the pool. The only change from prior photos was the hurricane washed away much of the sandy beaches. There was still a small sand area under a tree but the rest of the coast was gone. Made for fun shell collecting. Overall, it was truly breathtaking and an amazing time. We all enjoyed our stay very much!u

This is a beautiful magical place. The grounds are incredible, w a beautiful pool and gazebo overlooking the bright turquoise ocean in the day and incredible stars and planets at night. The house itself was like a Jamaican cottage w/ cute rooms and crafty and kitschy decor- like a cottage country vibe in Jamaica. The roads in and out are a bit rough but just take your time and you’ll be fine. If you are there for a few days try to get provisions and groceries before you get to Treasure Beach as the shops there are limited - though there are options for basic provisions and lots of beachfront restaurants & breakfast spots a 15 min drive away. We were only there for 2 nights, but we felt very taken care of by the staff and the grounds were unbeatable, magical and beautiful. We only wish we could stay longer. The grounds and pool are shared w the other cabin on the property. If you can rent both I would highly recommend it. Shout out to the sweet resident kitten, Peanut Punch.

Villa Optima is a beautiful spot right on a peaceful beach. It was very clean with lovely furnishings and decorations and a nice pool in the back. Paolo was very helpful when we had trouble with our car. We enjoyed meeting him.

Gilles gave us a beautiful place with nice viewings and a kind of private beach. The ride took 2:30h our on jamaican streets, so we recommend not to land in the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also recommend to use a driver and not rent a car. The place was wonderful and totally private. The pool and the rooms were good. Missing AC but it was mentioned in the description so totally fine. When we entered the house, we mentioned, that it was a longer tine uninhabited. The initial clean up before arrival was missing, but that was definitely no show stopper. Gilles was always friendly and responsible. At the end, there was a little misunderstanding with the staff, if the service was included or not in the stay. We solve this with Gilles together. We as a family recommend this place for a calm and sunny stay. Thanks a lot.

My family and I just love this beautiful property! Very spacious, secure, comfortable, and clean. The pool is so refreshing and therapeutic on a hot day in Jamaica. We hosted our annual family reunion at the property , it was amazing and able to accommodate all of our needs . The sea is directly across the street and the beach is a very short walk down the road. Whenever I visit Jamaica this is and will always be my go to. The property owner Susan responds immediately and is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and things to. 5 stars!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit Pool, das nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt liegt. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, die sich wirklich um alles gekümmert haben und auch in Notsituationen jederzeit erreichbar waren. Ein absolutes Highlight war die fantastische Köchin Oshin, die uns jeden Morgen mit einem köstlichen Frühstück verwöhnt hat – ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Lage mitten in der Wohngegend, was es manchmal etwas laut macht. Dennoch überwiegen die positiven Aspekte bei weitem, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Mr & Mrs Powell were very supportive and effectively responsive; I felt comfortable in their lovely home that offered much privacy.....their warm welcome went above & beyond my expectations for this late notice booking.....the unit is centrally located to town center where you can find, groceries, cook shops, restaurants, market.....the fresh fruits (mangos🥭 & 🍒 cherries were true bonus.....special shoutout to neighbour Mr Wilkins who was very helpful.....Thank you ALL so much for hosting me it was a great pleasure staying there.....highly recommend and will stay again next time in the area!!

Mulberry Cottage exceeded all expectations for us. It was the most perfect, peaceful Jamaican hideaway. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Mine had a fabulous large bath tub and an enclosed area outside the back door with an outside shower ...water spurting from a large shell in the wall. Heaven. I used this most of the time. Tia Maria has paid great attention to detail to make things pretty and comfortable. There is lots of hot water and the wifi was very good. I love the verandah at the front of the cottage where we sat reading on cushioned day beds. I felt so sad to leave Mulberry Cottage as I totally loved it. We were attending a fun, sociable wedding but to return home to this sanctuary was the perfect contrast to all the partying.

Great area with the most welcoming people in Jamaica. Carmen is super sweet helpful and kind.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Apple suite and had a fantastic time as we explored the area. The suite was rather large for what I expected and allowed us to feel like we were in the midst of nature surrounded by trees and vegetation and cut off from the disturbances of city life. The suites had good air flow and we often found that we didn’t need anything to cool us other than the Jamaican wind. Our experience here would be nowhere near as memorable without Dale’s hospitality. Dale went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was available, and happy to share ideas on activities or the local history. Overall, she was always happy to help and accommodated our needs well, while entertaining us with the local perspective. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We had a wonderful time at Christine’s property. It was right on the beach so the children enjoyed walking straight from their bedroom to the beach. There was a nice outdoor shower and plenty of open space (but fenced in) for my young children to run around and feel safe. Christine and her family were lovely hosts and we had friendly interactions with them and their 2 cute dogs.

Un grand merci à Carmen, Roneal et Proff pour leur accueil et pour ce super moment passé à Treasure Beach. Merci à Carmen pour tous ses conseils pratiques et pour son aide dès qu'on avait des questions. Le logement était parfait, et l'emplacement idéal à 5 min à pieds de la plage. Nous avons pu faire une machine à laver sur place, c'était bien pratique. Treasure Beach est un petit village très mignon et calme, avec de jolies plages et un environnement très authentique. On a eu la chance de rencontrer Marcel et Roneal avec qui on a bien sympathisé et passé de bons moments. On recommande à 100% Sandy Hill et la destination Treasure Beach, notre partie préférée de la Jamaïque 🙂

Our stay was great. We live up in the mountains in Jamaica so its always nice to get down to the shore. This time it was for my husband's birthday. We all had a great stay! The cottages are super cute and close to both the beach and food. The area was very quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do. The air conditioning and hot water were much appreciated as was the ability to reheat our food in our own room. We have stayed at other ABnBs as well as rooms offered through other sites in the Treasure Beach area, and this is definitely the nicest! Thank you so much for making my husband's birthday a success!

I had a great stay at Dale's place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Dale was a thoughtful and responsive host, which made everything easy. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is literally a huge slice of heaven nestled here! We were mesmerized from the moment we came through the gates. First of all…the hosts were so amazing! They were very warm and welcoming. We immediately felt like family as soon as we came there. The cottage was well appointed. We kept seeing a different special touch over and over again. I absolutely loved the decor! The artwork and the details that went into everything was impeccable. Even the shower curtain was unique. We were outside at night with a drink and listened to the birds chirping and the nice fresh breeze drifting by us in our cozy chairs and snuggly blankets. The food! Heavenly! Everything they prepared was home grown on the farm there. We had 2 dinners. The first night we had the most amazing fish with rice, veggies and some lemongrass tea. The second night we had some calaloo, okra, salt fish and sorrel. When dessert came we wanted to move in! I extended my stay! Definitely family atmosphere! We’ll be back!
