Staying in Kerstin's house is like living in a Swedish magazine photo spread. Everything is so lovely and so perfectly Swedish. We had a restful stay, listening to the crickets and cooking our own meals and admiring the flowers and fields and old churches. Kerstin was a very friendly host and communicated well. Would definitely recommend.

Vi var to voksne og to barn som hadde tre deilige netter i det koselige lille huset til Elin. Det var lett å finne fram og alle instruksjoner var tydelig forklart, og Elin svarte raskt og var veldig hjelpsom. Området er stille og rolig, og det var veldig idyllisk med åpen peis. I tillegg var det helt supert med ulike brettspill for hele familien. Vi prøvde villmarksbadet og det var absolutt verdt innsatsen! Særlig barna syntes det var spennende. Ellers er det vel verdt en tur til den lille butikken som ligger noen minutter unna, der var det veldig hyggelige ansatte og overraskende godt utvalg. Takk for oss, vi kommer veldig gjerne igjen!

Fredrik's home was a joy! The expansive view across Lake Vänern included bird life, small boats and magnificent sunsets. We felt right at home - the kitchen was well equipped, the living area was cozy and the bedrooms were comfortable. Outdoors, we enjoyed it all - the dock and small row boat, the sauna and hot tub. Fredrik's home was private, impeccably clean, uncluttered and filled with natural light. We also discovered many tranquil, easy trails in the surrounding area that took us to other points along the lake. Some of the trails were even within walking distance of Fredrik's home. Groceries, local restaurants and a few cafés were only 15-30 minutes away by car. Coming from Annapolis, Maryland in the USA, some of the hikers we met on the trails asked why were in this part of Sweden. Our answer was easy - it's a magical area and we loved staying in Fredrik's place!

Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse här! Boendet överträffade verkligen mina förväntningar. Boendet var rent, rymligt och väldigt bekvämt, och alla detaljer var väl genomtänkta för att göra min vistelse så behaglig som möjligt. Värden Victoria var otroligt hjälpsam och vänlig, och servicen kändes genuint personlig. Dessutom låg boendet på ett perfekt ställe – nära till allt men ändå lugnt och fridfullt. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och skulle absolut välja att stanna här igen vid nästa besök. Tack för en underbar upplevelse!

Fantastisk sted! Virkelig personligt, romantisk og gennemtænkte detaljer. Vi følte os straks hjemme og ønsker at vi havde taget en overnatning mere her. Meget venlige og imødekommende værter. Vender meget gerne tilbage 👍🤗

Välplanerad och jättemysig stuga i närheten av sjön. Trädgården hade gott om plats för aktiviteter för barnen. Henrik var mycket lättillgänglig när vi hade frågor om vägbeskrivning och annat. Vi var där över en helg men hade gärna stannat längre!

Wir möchten uns bei Erik und seiner Familie bedanken, in diesem tollen Haus an diesem unfassbar tollem See ein paar Tage verbringen zu dürfen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und fühlen uns schon nach kurzer Zeit sehr erholt. Das Haus mit seiner Lage ist typisch für Schweden: Ruhig, entschleunigend, freundlich, erholsam. Die Kommunikation mit Erik war jederzeit vorbildlich, wir hatten sogar Zeit für einen kurzen netten Plausch beim grillen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder sehr gerne hierhin zurück kehren.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, sowohl im Haus als auch in der herrlichen Umgebung. Wir waren mit dem Boot draußen auf dem See und konnten sogar Fische fangen, was ein echtes Highlight war. Außerdem haben wir schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und jede Nacht wunderbar geschlafen. Die frischen Eier von den Hühnern waren großartig, und wir haben es sehr genossen, Zeit mit den Katzen, Hund Ronja, den Hühnern und natürlich deinen lieben Kühen zu verbringen. Die liebevollen Kleinigkeiten im und um das Haus haben uns besonders gefallen, und als kleines Extra haben wir sogar einen Geocache in der Nähe gefunden. Dank der warmen Temperaturen haben wir uns auch getraut, schwimmen zu gehen! Vor allem konnten wir uns vollkommen erholen und fühlen uns jetzt wunderbar entspannt. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen. Herzliche Grüße, Julia

Vi var oppe og fuske så bolig lå perfekt da vores både lå 150 meter fra hytten vi brugte hytten til fælles spisning og lidt hygge om aften Jeg har spurgt Johan om en del ting og har fået svar inde for et par minutter hver han er er en super vært Eneste minus var at døre skal stå åben under mad lavning pga røgalarm

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und schafft eine gemütliche, einladende Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und eine unvergessliche Zeit hier verbracht. Selten habe ich so gut geschlafen wie in dieser idyllischen, ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben zu zweit und mit Hund zwei Wochen bei Peter verbracht und es sehr genossen! Peter und seine Frau Marie sind beide sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns eine sehr schöne Zeit geschenkt. Das Tiny House ist super gemütlich, hat alles, was man benötigt und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und im Garten, sowie den vorhanden Grill, konnten wir bei bestem sonnigen Wetter gut nutzen. Peter gab uns viele Tipps für Wege und Plätze. Wir waren sehr viel wandern und am Wasser. Die Halbinsel ist wunderschön und bietet viele Wanderwege. Perfekt mit einem Hund. Es war ein toller Urlaub! Sehr empfehlenswert 👍

Jan-Eriks boende passade våra killar utmärkt. Allting fanns och det var lätt och snabbt att kommunicera med hyresvärden. Jag kunde förlänga boendet flera gånger då killarnas arbete i området drog ut på tiden. Det här boendet rekommenderas varmt och vi återkommer gärna en annan gång.
