Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait : l’appartement est extrêmement propre, la vue est magnifique, et l’emplacement est idéal, très proche de tout. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

The apartment was an incredible place to stay while in Marrakesh. Even better than the photos show! Extremely clean with so many amenities to make your stay smooth. The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, safe and has quite a number of shops a few minutes walk away. Beautiful view too. There is a grocery store and small pharmacy by the entrance to the apartment blocks which is very convenient. The best part of this stay was the host. Sara was a life-saver with her quick and sometimes immediate responses to some of the challenges I faced while in the city. Lamia was also wonderful and very helpful! I would stay here again and again. If the dates are free for your travel, book it!!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Driss il est très bien situé il y a un supermarché juste en dessous très pratique pour le pain et les viennoiseries le matin. Il y a un bureau de change aussi. Il est à 8 min à pied de la gare du mc do, KFC…. L’aéroport est à seulement 7kms. Nous avons tous fait à pieds sauf la place Jemaa El fna parce que nous y sommes allés le soir avec 3 enfants de 6 à 10 ans donc nous avons privilégié le taxi mais elle est à 30min à pieds c’est faisable. L’appartement est calme il est côté cour un vrai plus quand on voit la circulation sur le boulevard principal. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce logement quand nous seront sur Gueliz. Un très bon rapport qualité /prix.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Abdo. L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos et est situé juste à côté de la gare . Quant à l’hôte? Il a été aux petits soins durant tout le séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Monsieur Brahim est un hôte très agréable la maison était vraiment magnifique comme sur les photos

M. Habiba a été très présente pour nous répondre très rapidement nous avons eu un très bon accueil, la résidence est calme et bien sécurisé avec des gardiens à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur même dans la rue, le logement est exactement comme sur les photos très belle résidence avec un espace aquatique très bien entretenue, merci a M Habiba et M Saïd aussi pour ce séjour, nous reviendront avec plaisir! 😊

Preciosa casa con piscina en zona muy tranquila a 15 min en coche de Essaouira y a 8 min de la playa Sidi Kaouki. Habitaciones y zonas comunes muy espaciosas, en la que hemos estado 8 personas con mucha comodidad. Mohammed ha estado atento en todo momento a los servicios que hemos demandado de desayuno /comida. Muy recomendable. Esperamos repetir.

Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

Que dire à par parfait? Logement magnifique, propre avec une très bonne communication avec l’hôte. De plus les locaux présents sur les lieux sont formidables, très attentionnés et la cuisine de la dame est délicieuse!! À tester ! Je recommande le logement à 100%

We had the loveliest stay at Riad Liana, located in the heart of the souk and old medina. Abdel was super helpful and Rachida made us delicious breakfast every morning. The roof terrace was a great spot and the plunge pool was an excellent addition. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

locatie was top mensen waaren erg aardig en behrip vol. wil je een plek zonder ergens om te stressen moet je hier zeker zijn je hebt gewoon een heel huis voor je zelf inc dak teras geweldig Host is top top top en reageert heel snel

Un grand merci à Aziz pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse qui a su nous guider tout le long de notre séjours Le Riad est tres bien situé propre et spacieux la résidence possède beaucoup d'atout également avec sa piscine,commerces.....nous avons pu manger sur place à plusieurs reprises Je vous conseille les yeux fermé Aziz qui sera être à votre écoute à tout moment et vous guidera dans vos demarche pour ma part nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir prochainement

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und sauber. Das große Wohnzimmer ist das Highlight- sehr edel und gemütlich 🤩 3Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der 1.Etage und wir hatten mit 7 Personen ausreichend Platz! In der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden (außer scharfe Messer😀). Man sollte aber unbedingt wissen dass bei dem Aufenthalt ein Auto eine Voraussetzung ist. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt ca. 10 Autominuten (zu Fuß nicht machbar!) und auch zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen muss man fahren, ein kleiner örtlicher Shop ist in der Nähe, aber da gibt es nicht viel. Man kann eine Terrasse, direkt von der Küche aus zugänglich, nutzen, dort haben sie Tisch und Stühle sowie einen Grill hingestellt, im Januar war es etwas frisch da, aber im Sommer bestimmt super. Man fühlt sich sicher in dem Apartment, es ist eine gehobene ruhige Umgebung, mit bewachtem Parkplatz. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat schöne Restaurants empfohlen. Ein sehr toller und erlebnisreicher Urlaub 🤩

Great host. We had good communication. The house is big, clean and comfortable. Good neighbors. It’s up on the hill, easy to park the car and good for those who like to walk. For those lazy people the car is necessary. We spent 32 days in the house, and we can’t complain about it.

nous avons sejourné une nuit le temps de notre transit pour l'aéroport d'Agadir.Le cadre extérieur n'est pas exceptionnel mais L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Facile d'accès (mais loin du centre ville) avec un parking (donc idéal si voiture de location).

Situé à l’intérieur d’un domaine privé le logement était très confortable avec l’accès à la piscine depuis la terrasse l’emplacement parking devant la résidence et la proximité de la médina le logement était parfait. A refaire sans hésitation.

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!
