This apartment is really insanely cool. A sper nice place with terrace at the top of the apartment overlooking the old city and on the other side the Mediterranean Sea. From here you can walk to the inner city in about 10 minutes, through the old alleys (everything is almost car-free here). In addition, they are super nice owners, a where party to stay here. Highly recommended for anyone going to Split! Really super cool place!

The place is amazing, I'd love to go back! Silvana and her son are committed to making us feel welcome and at home. The accommodation is between the old town and Marjan hill, ideal for visiting the city of Split and relaxing on the hill and beach! The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, small bonus in summer for the terrace that allows you to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Everything was perfect, even more than i need. Marina is an amazing host, no need to try to figure anything out, because Marina already thought about it even before. So through out the whole month everything was good, and there was no stress.

The accommodation is beautiful, even more beautiful in real life. The upstairs terrace with hot tub and views are amazing Everything is spotless, the accommodation is clean, the linen smells good, it has everything you need. Nearby are supermarkets and the main axis to get around. Marijana was a particularly thoughtful and responsive host, we thank her. Don't hesitate!

The two of us spent just under two weeks in the apartment in September 2024. The place is highly recommended! 👍 About the property: The room is clean and equipped with a detailed guest manual with information. Several times a week (2-3 times) fresh towels were provided. The kitchenette has two hotplates, a fridge, kettle and the necessary utensils. The bathroom with shower is clean. The highlight is the balcony with the beautiful view of the bay of Okrug Gornji and the sunset. About the location: Two supermarkets are within walking distance, the beach is halfway steep downhill but also not far (about 10 minutes). Along the harbor promenade are some restaurants and bars. In September, the pebble beach was not crowded. A rental car is highly recommended, there are many beautiful beaches and nature to discover.

Very clean and very nice. Perfect location for a first night in Croatia. The bed is comfortable. The windows and shutters close well, which allowed me to sleep in the afternoon to recover from jet lag and then visit Split in the evening. The ferry is a short walk away, very doable with a suitcase. In short, just what I needed. Thank you so much.

The host is very welcoming, responsive and considerate.The home is very convenient to the gas station, convenience store and beach.Great value.I am willing to choose this property again next time if I have a chance.

We had a fantastic time at this house. It's a 45-minute walk from the center, so that's a lot. You can catch the bus for 2.5 pp or an uber van from 12 euros total. Was great. 5 minutes away is a large supermarket. Really everything that was described was present. There are occasional minor flaws, such as 2 showers that didn't work well with us, but the next day he came right away to make it. When we arrived, there were also some welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge. He had also brought a bottle of booze, a cake and a card for a birthday girl. Super sweet all.

Great place with an amazing outdoor space!!! Just few minutes walk from beautiful beaches. We were two couple and a 3 years old kid and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Really recommended!

Great stay in this beautiful villa. Clean, easy to access and conveniently located between airport and the city of Split, we recommend this villa. Our host was very attentive and checking in regularly. We were able to take advantage of the very well-maintained pool. Both bathrooms are very handy. The two terraces and the barbecue area are very nice. The proximity to the railway is not a big problem because there is little traffic. The village of Kastel Stari includes a beautiful seaside and a beautiful hinterland with beautiful hikes. Very good stay.

We had an incredible stay at Niko’s property. Everything was brilliant, from the communication to the recommendations and more. The real standout is the private roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea and nearby island of brac.

Superb, high quality house for 6 adults, plenty of space for all with separate lounge, dining room and 2 terraces. Air conditioning worked very well in height of summer. Peaceful location yet handy for harbour, beaches, supermarkets and bakery. Most evenings something would be happening in the harbour - live music; fashion show etc. Sutivan was a real delight - felt very authentic - a lovely buzz but not too busy, beaches were great and didn’t have a bad meal anywhere. Ulrich was super helpful from initial enquiry and very quick to respond with all of my queries. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dijana’s place in Split from 1 May to 4 May 2025. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located-within easy walking distance to the historic city center and all the main attractions. Dijana was a fantastic and responsive host, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The apartment was well-equipped, and the area was peaceful yet vibrant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split and would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We had a great stay. The apartment is as described! In addition it is in a very good location and easy to access to go to the city center. The parking space is very much appreciated because it must not be easy to park if you don't have it. Thanks to the host for their responsiveness! We had a pleasant time in their accommodation!
