Apartment vacation rentals in Sofia City Province

Apartment itself was well equipped and modern however block is very dated, typical late 70’s tower block. It does have its perks- very friendly people around, plenty of little shops open 24/7 and very close to Metro station. Kitchen- well equipped, relatively clean- oven tray and pans would do with a clean. No kitchen towel or kitchen cloth. Bedroom - good size, comfy bed, spare duvets and pillows. We weren’t provided with spare duvet cover or pillowcases for 2 week stay- so washed them after a week. Curtains are heavy and beautiful but they do let some sun in- as it’s 6th floor it gets very sunny first thing in the morning. Bathroom- good, powerful shower, toilet with shower head for bidet like adaptation, toiletries and towels provided. It gets quite wet- be prepared to use mop. Only 1 paper towel was provided for 2 weeks stay- so you have to buy some yourself. Great lighting options throughout, TV with Netflix, big and comfy sofa. Clothes airer was broken so we have to improvised.

Had a wonderful stay at Ivan's place. it was clean and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable. It was very close to the metro for getting to/from the airport easily. Im glad he included a video of how to get in because the place is unassuming from the outside, but the steps were easy enough to follow. Area outside isnt much to look at but it felt quite safe and was close to many great places to eat and go for coffee, even walked to the mall once, didn't need a car or public transportation for anything I wanted to do in the city. I'd definitely stay here again. One thing to note is it is up 4 flights of stairs, it wasn't a problem for me but could be an issue for some.

This place is a little gem in a part of the city that feels very local (right next to the Women’s Market). We were a group of six and perfectly comfortable during our short stay. We appreciated that it was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail in the interior design. And we absolutely loved the view on both sides, especially the nearby church. The main bedroom is spacious (and even has its own sunroom!) and the other beds in the shared living room space were comfortable (including the sofa beds). We weren’t there during the daytime but at night it was a very peaceful neighbourhood and yet close to local restaurants, cafes and more. Bobby was very responsive and also gave us some recommendations for places to eat and have coffee. I’d definitely return to his apartment if I visit Sofia again.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The interior design is contemporary and thoughtfully done, with some lovely features throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, appreciated the selection of books (in Bulgarian) and magazines for a cozy evening in. The apartment is located on a quiet street, with a green courtyard view from one bedroom — very peaceful. The neighborhood is charming, with small cafés, local shops, and a park just around the corner. You’re right in the heart of the city, which made exploring convenient. Dimitar provided clear check-in and check-out instructions, and communication was smooth throughout. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay while discovering the city!

A wonderful apartment in my most preferred area of central Sofia. Nicely renovated and decorated, super clean, comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need. The only downside is that the windows face the busy street which is an issue if one likes to sleep with the windows open.

Alexander’s place is situated in a vibrant and interesting community—by our last day we were weaving our way to and back home from our favorite spots like a couple of pros (including their bakery, Altruist)! Alexander and Miryana are A+, so friendly, responsive and charming. We will remember them and their city always!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Irena’s place. The place was clean, cozy and well-prepared! The location was perfect, in the centre and close to the blv. Vitosha. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and helped a lot with all requests. I would highly recommend the apartment. The only thing, which I did not like much was that one of the bedrooms had no windows and a stable low noise was coming from the place next to it. And prepare to take short showers if you are a bigger group as the boiler is small :)

This place is exactly as described. Comfy and classy. We stayed for 8 days and were sad to leave. Walkable to Vitosha Boulevard and lots of other cool places. Very quiet with comfy beds. The Rentify team is amazing and very responsive to all queries. Wouldn’t think twice before staying here again.

We had a lovely time staying Eva’a flat. The accommodation was very clean and had a homely feel, it comfortably accommodated 5 of us. The location was good, we were able to walk to a number of restaurant and sights. Eva was responsive when I messaged and left clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at Ani's Airbnb in Sofia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and looked exactly as described. The location was perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and cultural sites. Check-in was smooth (using a key box), and the host was really friendly and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sofia!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials. The location was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was easy and efficient. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

I had a really nice time, everything is within walking distance, great parks, great restaurants, beautiful old houses,churches, museum..... Christine was very attentive,friendly and helpful, giving me lots of tips. I highly recommend her apartment..Next time I come to Sofia, I hope that this apartment is available and I can stay there again.

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x
