Vacation rentals with lake access in Södermalm

We absolutely loved our stay! Comfortable house, great location. The sledding hill right out back, the view of the water, and beautiful holiday decorations put it over the top for our Christmas vacation with friends! Cedrik is an amazing host, too - He was always available for questions and tips, including booking us a delicious traditional Swedish Christmas dinner in downtown Stockholm! Tack!

Ein absolut schönes Haus mit einer sehr tollen Lage. Auch für die Kinder gab es mehr als genug Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Familie hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns somit den Urlaub gerettet. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

This house has an amazing view that beats anything plus a great sauna (you pay an 500kr extra for each sauna occasion). Very clean and classic furniture. Kitchen super well equipped. Rooms feel large. Just a superb place if you are looking for privacy and stunning view. Will come again!

The space was homely and comfortable, with everything we needed and all mod cons (dishwasher, washer dryer, Xbox etc) which made our stay extra easy and comfortable. We felt right at home the minute we walked through the door. Bjorn was super helpful and responsive, giving us recommendations for where to visit and the best ways to get there. We loved every minute of our stay, the surroundings are stunning, the swimming beach is beautiful, the islands are magical. We can't wait to come back again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem roten Haus von Viveka und Adde. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden. Das Haus eignet sich prima um Stockholm zu besuchen (gute Busverbindung in die Stadt). Nach einem spannenden Tag in Stockholm freut man sich abends in die ruhige Umgebung des roten Hauses zurück zu kehren und vielleicht noch schnell vom naheliegenden Steg ins Wasser zu springen. Restaurant-Empfehlumg: The old Smokehouse (nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom roten Haus). Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Viveka und Adde war perfekt; proaktiv, schnell und sehr freundlich :-)

Prachtige woning, voorzien van alle gemakken. Aan het einde van de straat is een schitterend wandelgebied rond een meer. met de honden ideaal. Toen wij er waren in februari werd er geschaatst op het meer. Loopafstand naar metro en trein is plm. 7 min. zeer goede verbinding met centrum Stockholm. Groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand plm. 10 min. Parkeren van de auto rond de woning is wel opletten. Aan de linkerzijde van de weg mag niet geparkeerd worden, oftewel tegen de rijrichting in, en blijf 10 meter uit de bocht. De woning is een mooi uitgangspunt om Stockholm en omgeving te verkennen.

Johan och hans fru var toppen som hyresvärdar, trevliga och omhändertagande. Huset var mycket fint och utsikten fantastisk. Luftiga ytor som gav en känsla av utrymme. Denna hyresvärd och detta hus rekommenderar vi starkt:)

Vi havde det luksus i det smukke hus Mattias selv har tegnet. Hvis man vil skrue op eller ned for varmen skal man have Mattias til at gøre det, men han er heldigvis hurtig til at svare når man skriver.

Asunto oli juuri kuin kuvissa. Tosi siisti ja vastasi hyvin tarpeisiimme. Suosittelen!

Vi hade en kort vistelse i samband med en privat fest i närheten och valde detta boende utifrån gångavstånd till festen. Mycket trevligt, fräscht och välfungerande boende som jag gärna rekommenderar till andra och väl kan tänka mig att boka igen.

The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Det var en meget positiv oplevelse at bo i Pärs lejlighed i Stockholm. Vi blev taget godt imod af underboen, som gav os en rundvisning og var behjælpelig med spørgsmål. Lejligheden var meget større end vi troede, og virkelig hyggelig. Alt var pænt og rent. Der var sørget godt for os med sengetøj, rene håndklæder, turistbrochurer og en flaske bobler i køleskabet. Vi følte os meget velkomne! Lejligheden ligger meget centralt og i gåafstand til centrum. Der var fred og ro på gaden. Restaurant Lille Capri i stueetagen var et skønt sted, hvor vi spiste 3 gange. Her fik vi super service! Alt i lejligheden var i den skønneste orden, og Pär var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi havde spørgsmål undervejs. Tusind tak til Pär for godt værtskab - vi vil varmt anbefale denne bolig til andre.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Trevligt och hjälpsamt bemötande! Eftersom vi kom när det var mörkt var det lite lurigt att hitta eftersom det kändes som att man körde fel när man körde in på den långa uppfarten men dagtid så var allt glasklart! Jättefint boende! Vi var fyra vuxna som inte kände varandra så väl och det fanns gott om plats. Sköna rejäla dubbelsängar i två av rummen. Extrasängen bakom draperi/alkov i vardagsrummet funkade 👍

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in dem Haus von Patrick und Karin auf Edholma verbracht und sehr genossen. Edholma ist eine wunderschöne autofreie und naturnahe Insel, auf der man sich wirklich auf völlige Entspnnung fokussieren kann. Auch das Haus ist gemacht, um sich darin einfach nur wohl zu fühlen. Es ist total modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und sehr geräumig. Wenn man auch die Stadt kennenlernen und erkunden möchte, kommt man mit der Fähre problemlos nach Vaxholm (circa 5 Minuten) und Stockholm (circa 1 Stunde 20 Minuten). Die Fähren fahren zwar nicht zu oft durch die wunderschönen schwedischen Schärengärten, wenn man sich aber über die Fahrpläne informiert, ist die Planung kein Problem. Wir haben dazu die SL-App verwendet. Sollte es trotzdem noch Fragen oder kleine Problemchen geben, ist die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Patrick einwandfrei und bemerkenswert schnell verlaufen. Wir haben die Zeit in Schweden wirklich sehr genossen und würden gerne mal zurückkehren.

Peter and Malin were wonderful hosts that were always very responsive to our texts and last minute requests! Their place was spotless, cozy and has a very well equipped kitchen. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub that overlooked the sunset and the sea. It was the perfect 2-night getaway destination!

Wir hatten wundervolle und erholsame 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Sea Cottage, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist traumhaft und der direkte und private Zugang zum Wasser lädt zum Schwimmen und Kayak fahren ein. Wir konnten uns hier in der Natur gut entspannen und gleichzeitig war Stockholm mit Sightseeing und Shopping bequem mit der Fähre oder dem Auto erreichbar. Man hat hier also alles, um einen schönen Urlaub zu erleben. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, entspannt und diskret. Vielen Dank für diesen perfekten Urlaub!

Extremely pleasant stay, everything we needed for a perfect forest retreat was there. Mattias went out of his way to give us helpful advice. Location also lends itself well for daytrips to Stockholm (using the commuter's train, for instance). Well recommended and would be happy to visit again!

A great very well-equipped little house with a fantastic view of the sea. We would like to come back at any time.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

Very cool place to stay close to stockholm to experience the quite "postcard sweden" but at the same time you can get to the centre of stockholm in about 30 minutes. We used the row boats all the time - very quick, independent and natural way to get to the island. The cabin is cozy, clean and has all the essentials you need. It was a super relaxing stay and we really enjoyed it.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen bei Sofia. Das Haus strahlt einen unglaublichen Charme aus und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein wirkliches Juvel, was sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Wir können das Häuschen auch für den Winterurlaub sehr empfehlen, der Ofen bringt die nötige Wärme nach kalten Schneetagen. An unserem Abreisetag durften wir sogar länger bleiben. :) Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit Sofia sowohl im Chat als auch persönlich sehr nett. Sie hat uns ihre Hilfe angeboten, hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, aber auch die Privatsphäre geachtet. Auch war die Lage für uns ideal. Es war sehr ruhig mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung, die wir innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Bus erreichen konnten. Auch die Bus-und Fähranbindung nach Stockholm ist sehr gut. Infos zu Bussen und Fähren sind in der SL App einfach einzusehen. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, auch oder gerade wegen dieser tollen Unterkunft
